Very beautiful hotel,and every service was good

I absolutely love this hotel. It was amazing, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. They upgraded us to the swim out pool room upon arrival, it was such an lovely surprise. This hotel really made our trip so special and comfortable. Breakfast was great, had so many options. There’s even parking available for us when we rented a car. There lots within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone! We will definitely stay here again when we return.

Das ordern des Kaffes oder Tee ging hauptsächlich über ein App die man vorab als Gast herunter laden musste. Direkt Bestellung über Personal war zwar möglich aber Personal daraufhin sehr genervt.

It’s a clean and beautiful hotel. You can park underneath the building, and there are shops nearby where you can buy drinks and other essentials. There are also plenty of restaurants around the hotel where you can eat. Sweet cats can be found both inside and around the hotel, which adds a lovely touch. A big thank you to the kind staff at the bar in the lobby, such warm-hearted and hardworking girls and guys. Truly appreciated! A few other staff members could really learn something from them.

Lovely hotel with an amazing team of staff. Loved the facilities and amenities, the dining options are very nice, and the staff are beyond helpful. Also loved how the hotel is friendly to neighbourhood animals, had an amazing time there

Tolles Hotel, sehr nettes Personal, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, schöne Poolanlagen, lediglich der Ort hat uns nicht so gut gefallen, ebenso der Strand, da alles eher auf Engländer ausgerichtet ist, also laut viele Bars mit Sportfernsehen. Der Strand lediglich mit liegen von den ansässigen Bars und Hotels zu benutzen. Das Hotel an einem anderen Ort wäre Mega

Wunderbares Hotel, schöne Zimmer, hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr nettes hilfbereites Personal. Alles richtig gemacht, ich komme ganz sicher wieder.

Das ganze Hotel versprüht ein warmes und angenehmes Ambiente. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We really loved our stay at Contessina Hotel! Overall it was such an amazing experience, the room, the pool and most of all breakfast and dinner was such a culinary experience for us! If we come back to Zakynthos in the future, it will be at Contessina :)

Great service, friendly staff.

This property is lovely, in a perfect location, and the staff were lovely as was the breakfast. Certain parts of our stay were not so good, and when considering the cost to stay, the problems we encountered should have been dealt with quicker and more efficiently. You can only say sorry so many times before accepting there are failings.

Sehr schönes Hotel mot 3 Pools. Riesiges Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig und die Bar nebenan war bis 01:00 sehr laut.

Sauberkeit 10/10. Service ebenfalls 10/10. Essen 10/10. das Hotel ist wunderschön, jeden Abend werden die Bezüge der Daybeds gewechselt. Personal super zuvorkommend und liebevoll hilfsbereit. Werden wieder kommen!

Das Hotel war sehr schön, Service top! Wir waren begeistert von dem leckeren Essen - Morgens sowie abends war immer etwas für uns dabei und es war immer abwechslungsreich.

Die Unterkunft an sich ist sehr gut ausgestattet und modern. Das Frühstück bot ebenfalls eine reichliche Auswahl an gutem Essen, und auch die Außenanlagen waren komfortabel. Des Weiteren war das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, dies wirkte jedoch etwas aufgesetzt. Das Zimmer, in dem wir uns befanden, war schön und geräumig. Es zeigte zur Straßenseite, und obwohl Türen und Fenster geschlossen waren, konnte man alles von außen sowie aus dem Gang hören. Trotzdem waren wir im Allgemeinen zufrieden.
