Lovely hotel with private beach

We absolutely loved our entire stay. From the moment we were dropped off ny the taxi, we were welcomed. Our room was clean with a comfortable bed. We loved the under pass to the beach area and the food at the beach restaurant. The only thing that I would change is the variety on breakfast. It was mainly the same everyday. There was a slight change here and there on a couple of mornings. Overall, we had the best time. We will definitely return.

We had the best time with the family in the hotel. The service in the morning was wonderful, the spa is great, and overall it is the best hotel for a family vacation

Poor customer service, awful smell from bathroom drain, which I complained but never got fixed. We booked superior room with sea view for two nights but the room was located on first floor above main lobby, with a lot of traffic and loud speaking people. I got the option for another room but with barely any view. All in all not a pleasant stay. Not recommended.

The room was fantastic - clean, bright, spacious, and with a fabulous view overlooking the sea. The breakfast options seemed endless and the quality of the breakfast food was incredible. The beach was clean with great amenities. A special thanks to Christina, at the front desk (she has family in Ermioni). She was energetic, helpful, and provided excellent service.

Beautiful hotel, easy access to beach, nice amenities at beach. Easy self parking. Received a very nice note and welcome treats in our room for our anniversary Breakfast solid but could have had better options like smoked salmon for example or more variety for fruit to align with a 5 star spa resort. Front reception staff didn’t really go out of their way to solve problems efficiently - our room was located in the main building (#2) and it had a disgusting sewage smell coming out of the bathroom and it would be very strong at times. We noticed it right when we arrived and asked them if they could move us. We didn’t hear back for several hours and then when they found a solution, it was like they downgraded our room! So we just end up putting up with the smell. We had to leave very early upon checkout so asked for a packed breakfast which they provided, but they didn’t have ANY flexibility on items to include like a simple yogurt! Overall, the property is nice but they need to sort out a few things to get to a 5 star status…..

Amazing experience, on the beach and beautiful hotel. Concierge were amazing! A bit of a distance from Athens but you can easily get cabs. Beautiful location and serene.

Beach was great. Carpets and restaurant area chairs need replacing or cleaning. Otherwise very nice.

Definitely will return. :)

Buffet dinner was a little ‘meh’ for the price. Other than that, I liked the place.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und von hochwertiger Qualität. Das Essen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet, mit großer Auswahl, und der Garten ist traumhaft angelegt. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die Unterführung direkt zum Strand. Weniger gut gefallen haben uns die Papierbecher für Kaffee im Zimmer und die teils aufdringliche Musik am Strand. Dafür waren die Liegen sehr komfortabel. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

The pool

We wanted a nice ressort to get over our US jetlag and this was the perfect place. Loved the food, access to the private beach, gym & spa facilities. Both me and my wife had a great Cretan massage. Only 30min from the airport, so it was an easy 1st stop to land to and rechange after long travels.
