Our place was excellent, and the morning breakfast was outstanding! Because we had a rental car, from our place we could easily visit the nearby beaches and the waterfront in Skopelos Town.

If you can’t climb over 5 flights of stairs request a lower room! The view was amazing. Breakfast was awesome and they provide a laundry service for a fee but worth it as they fold it all and have it ready for you at the end of the day! Very helpful and friendly!

Nicos, Katrina, Alexandra, Maria looked after us with pleasure, smile and friendly conversations. The property is perfect for us , 2 adults and 14 yr old daughter. The beach and restaurants were within 5 to 10mins walk. Supermarkets locally and the marina also. Breakfasts were excellent, wholesome and leisurely.

This property is old and needs serious renovation, especially the bathroom. The air conditioning is fine after being on for a while, but they turn it off when you leave so the room is hot for hours when you return. There is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up many steps which is difficult if you are older, have any disabilities or heavy suitcases! It was buggy and not pleasant so we left early.

If you arrive in Skopelos Port, you can stay there for a few days and then go to Hovolo, and catch the ferry back from Glossa Port (10 mins from Hovolo). The Hotel is very clean and the owner George is very accommodating. He also owns the Seafood Tavern Plantatia next door, for which he gives a 10% discount. We took the sea view room, with a nice terrace and a great view. Admittedly, 82 steps to reach the room. We stayed at the start of the season so it was fairly quiet. The weather is sensational in June, warm during the day and comfortable at night. No need for airconditioning. We had one of the best fish soups ever at the sea food tavern next door. Fresh fish is a speciality. Sitting on the large terrace under the large plantatia trees is very pleasant in the evening. Friday nights they have a duo - guitar and bouzouki. There is a nice beach, however, the Mamma Mia beach Kastani is 10 minutes away. There is a modern bar on the beach. Have a cocktail and play chess until it is sunset. This area appears to be relatively new. There are quite a few good taverns in the area and good boat mooring facilities.

I read all the reviews before go and thought that it is unbelievable such a wonderful place. Actually it is true! We were in a superior studio with sea view (#44). There are stairs to reach the studio, but once you get there it worth every stair. Amazing view, spacious studio, a balcony which continuous the room, absolutely great place, great kind and the best staff (everyone, also the people from the Taverna). We have bad weather conditions and actually rest we and one other family in the hotel last day, even though they made a variable breakfast and opened the taverna just for us to eat and cooked especially for us a traditional Greek meal. Thank you Hovolo you are really very professional and next time when we come to the island we will definitely on 100% stay here again.

Der er en rar og hyggelig stemning på hotellet, som er familiedrevet. De er utrolig søde og meget hjælpsomme. Værelset var fint. Der var hvad der skulle være og det virkede. Der var rent og pænt. Hotellet ligger 150 meter fra en fin strand i en lille by, der hedder Elios-Neo Klima. Der går bus både til Skopelos by og til Glossa/Loutraki 100 meter fra hotellet. Alt i alt en dejlig uge og vi kommer gerne igen :-)

This hotel is in a beautiful location. It's a stone's throw from the beach on a quiet road. Walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. The room itself was well presented and very clean. Breakfast had lots of variety and the staff there were really helpful. Great place.

Appartement spacieux, confortable, très propre et qui reste frais, ce qui est très appréciable en été. Accueil vraiment sympathique. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Il personale è gentile, affabile e disponibile. L'albergo affaccia sul paese di Hovolo, bellissima la vista sul mare e sul paese stesso. A 100 metri il mare con spiaggia attrezzata. Il mare è limpido specialmente andando alla sinistra dell'Hotel costeggiando la roccia. La colazione è buona, la stanza sempre pulita. Aria condizionata, spazi ampi, bagno piccolo. La fermata del bus per Skopelos town è a 5 minuti di cammino. Skopelos town dista una trentina di km, le spiagge più belle come Milia e Kastani soltanto una 5 minuti con autobus o automobile.
