This is a stunning hotel, the staff make it be so good. Nothing is ever an issue, even when I had a couple of minor little issues, they got rectified straight away. Everywhere was nice and clean and fresh looking. The breakfast itself was lovely, a good selection, but would have been nice if it was a bit more varied each day, but what was on offer was well cooked. Yes, you are not very close to many restaurants, even though the one in the restaurant for an evening meal was amazing and delicious food was had. The shuttle into town was perfect for us, dropped us in town and then we had 3hrs before we came back, plenty of time for a drink and a meal. The pool is a good size and kept nice and clean

Enjoyed breakfast and beautiful grounds

We booked a suite for 2 nights due to the proximity of the hotel to the airport. We were offered a free upgrade to the presidential suite. The room was simply amazing. Very spacious, elegant, modern, fully equipped and luxurious. Sauna and Hamam inside the room! The whole facility is very well preserved, excellent decorated and sparkling clean. The staff is always there to assist, polite and always smiling and asking if we are satisfied. A very safe environment; our kids had twice a small accident and lifeguard and doctor were there in seconds to evaluate the situation and assist. Pricey but totally worth it and will definitely visit it again. The only thing I would recommend is to create a kids club to occupy little kids during the day. Highly recommended!

Great hotel very close to airport - very accommodating

The scheduled airport shuttle didn’t arrive, but the issue was resolved quickly. The shuttle from the beach arrived earlier than planned and left without us, despite our booking a specific time - again, this was sorted out promptly. The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and service-minded, especially during breakfast. In the evening, however, service at the lobby restaurant was quite inconsistent, and on a few occasions, the beer served was noticeably less than it should have been. What I found most disappointing were the activities. Those listed (aqua gym, wellness) were practically non-existent, mainly, in my opinion, because none of the guests were informed about them. Staff mentioned they had regular members who usually attend, but they made no effort to involve others, which meant there were not enough participants for the classes. I tried the yoga session - it was in Greek, but if you’ve practiced yoga before it’s still easy to follow. It cost an extra €10, which I found reasonable. The tennis, on the other hand, was excellent - equipment was available, the staff were very friendly, and they even offered extra bottled water for free. No extra privilege för Hyatt members.

Wir kommen immer wieder gern in dieses Hotel, weil wir die Atmosphäre und Lage sehr schätzen. Umso bedauerlicher war es, dass unser Zimmer bei später Anreise nicht vorbereitet war und wir über eine Stunde auf das Beistellbett sowie zusätzliche Decken und Handtücher warten mussten. Auch der Empfang war diesmal leider nicht so hilfsbereit wie gewohnt. Wir hoffen, dass es sich um eine Ausnahme gehandelt hat – wir kommen trotzdem gern wieder.

Looking a for a hotel close to the airport, then this is for you. Luxury encapsulated. We stayed for two nights, once on our way to our holiday destination, and once on the way back. On our outward journey we were given an upgrade to a suite, very nice! On the return not so much luck but still a very nice room. Travelling with a 16 year-old teenager maybe it's time for separate rooms. The concierge arranged both a pick-up and drop-off at the airport, and it worked like clockwork - first class service . The facilities in the hotel were second to none, and we were wishing we had stayed a bit longer to enjoy the full experience. My only gripe was the limited choice on the menu, but as my son has an "egg" allergy he expects to have fewer options than most. Overall, we will definitely be back.

This has been one of the best 5 star hotels I have had the pleasure to stay and dine in. Everything from the entrance to the dinning, the customer service, the hotel room, the amenities, and so much more has made my experience in Thessaloniki absolutely incredible. Highly recommend staying here.
