Room always cleaned upon our return. Staff really friendly. Breakfast buffet really good. Really recommend this property.

Absolutely stunning property and hotel. The 2 bedroom/2 bath with our own private pool was spectacular. The staff was very attentive and answered any questions. Breakfast delivered to our room daily. This property is 10/10!!! Highly recommend

If going to Greece, the island of Ios should be your last stop. It is very relaxing and a great way to unwind from all of the sightseeing. Staying at the Ios Palace was fantastic! The hotel is waterfront and provides great views of the beach and swimming pools. Staff was very friendly and spoke English well. Knowing this was our last stop, we splurged at this hotel and got a room with a fantastic view with balcony. It was well worth it! The room was large, clean and has a good size balcony for evening wine overlooking the ocean. Our room was high up near the upper pool. The upper pool was much more quiet than the main pool which made for a much more relaxing atmosphere. Restaurants are all within walking distance and there were plenty to choose from. Staff was responsive when there was an issue with the AC. They came up right away and fixed the problem. The hotel can also arrange transportation to and from the ferry port. The transport was waiting at the dock with our name on a sign which made him easy to find. If returning to Ios, we would definitely stay here again.

Hotellet prøvede, men mislykkedes med det meste: Chauffør kom ikke, blev opgraderet, to gange var værelset efterladt ulåst efter rengøring, fik så en flaske vin i en iskøler, der løb ud over gulvet, efterfølgende skulle vi bede om både kaffe og håndklæder

We all had a wonderful time at IOS Palace. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. There was nothing that the staff wasn’t eager to help us with. An Amazing place to stay!

It is really on the beach, so walk down from pool to beach is very convenient. The pool is beautiful with good chill music all day..... the breakfast is included and very good. The hotel is clean and rooms are relatively small. Each room with terraces that are very nice to the bay of the beach. The Staffs are very professional. the bad smell from the pool area caused by sewage is happening sometimes.....the rooms are quite small and the floors looks a bit old. Over all the place is very nice.

Everything about this hotel was perfection! From being picked up at the port to the welcome drink on arrival! The staff here were friendly, helpful and aimed to make your stay amazing! Breakfasts were included and a perfect way to start your day and a fantastic selection of delicious prepared choices. We didn’t get to use the spa on property as our stay was short. There were two choices of pools, a bar and a beach with water sports right below hotel. We booked stand up paddling one afternoon It was walking distance to more restaurants and a short taxi to town! Loved our stay here! Would love to return and stay longer!
