We enjoyed our Holiday in this Hotel. You have a fantastic view over the whole(!) bay. Also the Beach is wonderful🤩. Clear Water and Sand. The bay is reserved for hotel guests. The Hotel and the Rooms are not so modern, more greek Standard. But we had all we needed. We also enjoyed the Kids Pool with our 2 years old son☺️. But there aren‘t more opportunities for children😕. There were 2 Restaurants, one of them Buffet with traditional Greek Food, and the other one at the Beach with a la carte Food. We were allowed to eat there 2 times in our Holiday there. There werd some ants on the floor in the Buffet Restaurant. The hotel Service and personal was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful view and clean beach, but the hotel building was outdated. The air conditioner dripped all night, and the noise from the neighbouring room via internal door was unbearable. It ruined my sleep quality.

I love the welcoming staff, the remote location, the overall relaxing atmosphere

Hotel tres beau, personnel sympathique mais chambre qui laisse à desirer. Elle ne vaut pas son prix.

This is a budget friendly hotel with a great sea view for couples and families. A minor issue is that the hotel was a little outdated and needed some minor aesthetic repairs but the staff was friendly and eager to help. It is a multi level hotel with amazing views of the sea and mountains from any level with lounge, bar and resto areas. Access to the immense pool and private beach were easy with showers and w/c close by and lounge chairs with umbrellas. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and with variety, surprisingly. We booked the standard sea view room which was spacious with extra beds and seating. We were on the fourth floor centred over the pool and straight sea view…stunning! Two issues that irked me was the wifi connection not working while in our room but good connection while sitting on our balcony and the mosquito plug repellent necessary for the room. I have to say that it was very unfortunate that Covid rules had to be applied and there was no music and activities which I believe would have impacted my opinion for a better review …safe travels!

This hotel is located in a picturesque cove with a beautiful pool and private beach and nicely manicured grounds...the hotel staff was incredibly polite and accommodating and the evening bartender was hilarious...we would highly recommend this hotel!

Cet établissement mériterait de mieux se valoriser sur les photos. En effet, nous avons été très agréablement surpris. Nous craignions un peu d'être dans une ambiance années 70. En réalité, les chambres sont spacieuses et très agréables. Les lits sont confortables. Deux bémols pour les chambres. 1/ les salles de bain sont vieillottes, exiguës et sombres. Un rénovation fera du bien. 2/ la connexion Wi-fi n'est absolument accessible dans les chambres. Autre point positif de l'établissement : sa conception des espaces, avec une restauration donnant directement sur terrasse en accès direct à la plage. La crique est privatisée par l’hôtel. Ceci est très agréable. En outre, l'espace piscine est très bien et adapté pour les enfants. Enfin, le personnel est adorable et s'efforce de parler anglais, français et probablement d'autres langues. Enfin, dernier point d'amélioration : la durée pour être servis à table. Visiblement, cela coince des cuisines... Globalement très satisfaits et nous recommandons.

we stayed 3 nights at the resort,fantastic location,the biggest pool I have ever seen,beautiful private beach, what else could we ask for? the problem is the resort is old and is in need of fixing. When we arrived we were assigned a room,the a/c did not work,we were changed to a better room(upgrade) and the toilet did not work.We were upgraded to another room(a suite) this was great but there was a water leak in the bathroom,we put a towel on the floor and it was OK.This shows that the place badly need fixing. The staff is great and helpful,the restaurant on premise is good .It could be one of the best resort in Crete if only....

Ça aurait pu être super... À chaque fois, il manque un petit truc pour que ça soit bien... Les lits sont grands mais inconfortables. Y a du WiFi mais ça porte pas. La plage est jolie mais sale. La salle de bain est microscopique obligé de s'asseoir en biais sur les toilettes dont la chasse d'eau ne fonctionne vraiment pas :juste un filet d'eau qui descend et ne remplit pas sa fonction.... Obligé d'aller aux toilettes communes et pas toujours nickel... Bref, sympa mais ça aurait pu être super. Heureusement, le personnel est vraiment gentil, ça a sauvé les meubles

Le cadre splendide où se situe l'hôtel aide à faire oublier le peu de prestations offertes pendant les vacances de Toussaint. les resto et bar de plage sont fermés; les seules animations proposées sur une semaine ont été 4 cours de yoga, trois soirées bingo et une soirée piano bar. impossible de ne pas mentionner la demi pension qui n'offre même pas d'eau au petit déjeuner et au dîner! de plus très peu de variété et des plats cuisinés qui vous font retourner à vos années d'études tant cela fait penser aux cantines scolaires. quel dommage!

Hotel bien placé pour visiter avec voiture, belles vues sur la mer. Hotel un peu vieillissant mais rapport qualité/prix intéressant (séjour en octobre).

Chambre au confort très vétuste.le ménage de la chambre se résume à la réfection des lits et au changement des serviettes de bain .

Das Hotel ist von der Lage her einfach klasse, alle Zimmer mit Meerblick, kurzer Weg zum Strand, der schön in einer Bucht gelegen ist. Sehr hilfsbereites, freundliches Personal, schon bei der Anreise wurde sich sehr viel Zeit genommen beim Check In, spricht sehr gut deutsch und englisch also Verständigung ohne Probleme. Das Zimmer sehr geräumig mit eigenem Balkon, schöne Aussicht aufs Meer. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet, morgens grosses Frühstücksbufet, abends wechselnde Gerichte entweder Bufet oder 4-Gänge-Menü im Restaurant, abwechslungsreich jeden Abend ein anderes Menü, auch für Vegetarier geeignet. Sehr vielseitiges Freizeitangebot, Mietwagen werden angeboten, Tagesausflüge, Animationen wie Griechisch-Tanz- oder Sprachkurs z.B. Es wird sich wirklich ausreichend um die Gäste gekümmert.

Séjour en famille d'1 semaine, l’hôtel a l'avantage d'être dans une baie quasi privative. Mais être dans une baie est aussi un désavantage dans la mesure ou dès qu'il y a du vent, les saletés s'accumulent sur le bord de l'eau (du plastique essentiellement...), mais autrement, la plage de galet est plutôt bien, on peut aller faire du masque et tubas assez facilement, voir des crabes, des poissons, des sèches même... Le personnel des restaurants est souriant et accueillant, l'équipe d'animation bien qu'assez réduite est disponible et sympathique, les quelques animations proposées (Yoga, Stretching, Pilate, Beach Volley...) sont variées et divertissantes... Dernier point négatif, l'eau de la piscine est sale en fin de semaine (mais nickel le lundi matin), peut-être voir à faire un nettoyage plus fréquent ? Autrement, c'est un hotel plutôt pas mal, la nourriture est variée et offre du choix, mais rien d'exceptionnel non plus

Wir hatten All inklusive gebucht. Dieses kann ich nicht empfehlen. Lediglich eine kleine Auswahl an einheimischen Getränken und wenn man will, Mittag (sehr übersichtlich) im Hauptrestaurant sind darin enthalten. Ach ja, es sind am Nachmittag noch kleine Snacks ( Topfkuchen & Kekse) dabei. Das Essen Frühstück und Abendessen sind nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel entsprechend. Wer nicht kommt zur rechten Zeit... , Sitzmöbel im Restaurant alle duchgesessen und alt. Die Bucht ist sehr schön, leider wird teilweise viel Müll (Plastik) angespült. Dieser Müll wird leider nur selten ( bei unserem Aufenthalt) nach 3 Tagen durch Hotelpersonal beseitigt. Der Gang ins Wasser ist über sehr viele Steine. Badeschuhe sind zu empfehlen. Alles in allem ein Hotel was eine sehr gute Lage hat, in die Jahre gekommen ist (Sitzmöbeln und Tische sollten mal erneuert werden), wenn ich diese Hotel mit anderen Hotels vergleiche passt hier das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht.

All as other reviewers say: rooms are dated but clean, view is spectacular. Hotel grounds very pleasant, staff at check-in excellent, barman at beach bar not so good. Hotel is making an effort with decor in dining rooms to make up for aged condition of the property. I enjoyed my stay and would go again.

Beautiful stay excellent location, its own beach and view from are very pleasing. Staff are very helpful especially receptionist Bianca de Klien who even check in our return flight printing our boarding passes, Food needs improvement Breackfast is very basic, also needs some refurbershing. Over all very good stay. Surinder Shani
