まずロケーションが素晴らしいです。部屋からはもちろん、屋外の共有スペースやプールからの景色も申し分ありません。 今回はジュニアスイートに泊まりました。お部屋は広々として明るく素敵でした。ただし、備品等は少し古さを感じます。 ホテルは坂の上にありますが、往復とも坂の下までポーターが荷物を運んでくれるので心配ありません。 フロントは閉じている時間があります。スタッフはとても親切です。

私たちは少し高めのお部屋を予約していました。フロントの下の階になりますが、そこには3部屋あり、外にプール。それぞれのお部屋のための机と椅子。設備は完璧です。 Wi-Fiが遅かった事と、フロントまでの階段が辛かったです。帰りはスタッフの方が持って上がってくれましたが… お部屋からは海が見えました。 朝食自体はいまいちですが、朝食を食べる場所は最高なので、雰囲気でごまかされます（笑） でも総じて満足してます。

Kastro Suites is located in the perfect location... just a few steps away from the "Panoramic View of Fira" lookout so views were stunning! We were also close to the shops, restaurants, and just a short walk to the main road. Gabriel was AMAZING! He was helpful, friendly, and so lovely to deal with. We even had the room with the pool right outside the room which added to the views and was convenient when we wanted to take a quick dip in the pool. A free breakfast was included which was simple, delicious and a variety of items. The only thing was that it was the same every day, but still great! Would definitely recommend this hotel if you're staying in Fira.

I must point out about Gabriel his hospitality, his customer service, is support was so welcoming he made us feel so special as guests staying there. Everyone all the staff was so friendly and accommodating it made my stay amazing. The food and room was fantastic. Kind regards, Kim

Great hotel. Awesome view of caldera from our room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Jinior suite was nice large room.

The view from our room is priceless. The location of Kastro Suites is ideal. Eventhough it is located steps away from the cable car entrance where the cruise people congregate everyday, our suite was far enough that it did not bother us. The breakfast was delicious and enough to fuel us until lunch time. We mostly appreciated Mario's superb service - he was very helpful from meeting us at the main street to helping us with our luggages at 3am!

Staff at kastro excellent. Nice roomy family suite - the bathroom is dated. Convenient location and the rooms insulated from any street noises. The biggest drawback are the crowds/lines for the cable car making it a challenge to get to the hotel depending on your timing.

Perfect location and perfect boutique hotel. The receptionist and Mario were very accommodating and wonderful help. The views from my room were spectacular! Definitely would stay again

Hôtel très bien situé, dans une commerçante et animée tout en étant calme. Ma chambre était très spacieuse et la décoration était très belle. L hôtel est facile à retrouver car il est à côté du téléphérique. La vue sur la caldeira et la ville est incroyable ! La piscine peut sembler petite mais pour la ville c est déjà très bien et on est assez peu de chambres à se l’a partager donc on peut en profiter pleinement avec une vue incroyable le soir sur la ville. Chaque chambre dispose d un petit espace extérieur avec fauteuil suspendu et table et chaises. Le personnel de l hôtel est très accueillant et serviable. Franchement une très belle découverte. Si je reviens à Santorin je retournerai dans cet hôtel.

We came as a family of 4, (not many families visiting Santorini), but Sophia and Mario were fantastic. Excellent location and amazing view. The Caldera suite had plenty of room for a family of 4.

Kastro suites is an amazing place to stay. We enjoyed everything. Location is a 10, right in front of La caldera to see the best sunsets from your terrace. Service is great. Price is very reasonable. Sophia helped us with a situation. The location is perfect, very central in the heart of Fira, great home made breakfast. Everything was perfect. Increíble price for this amazing place. We loved everything about our stay. Location was ideal. Excellent sunset views and the cable car was close. Staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Don’t hesitate to pick this property. You will not be disappointed.

Great and covenient location, super pleasant and helpful staff

We stayed there for 3 nights. While we were out of the hotel, their staff stole 300 euros from us. BEWARE!!!!!

Mario was an excellent host. We will be back!
