Overall a lovely place. It is as mentioned elsewhere next to the busy main north-south dual carriageway so you would need a car / moped to get anywhere. There is no footpath or safe walkway. Each villa has its own plungepool and ours was nicely furnished. Some fixtures were loose ( curtain rails) so care needed when drawing curtains butith

The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful, the facilities were perfect for a large family and we had a great Mountain View. Thank you Kolymbia Village, we enjoyed our time with you!

Good place for family.

Superb, quiet, private development outside of Kolymbia. Had a 1 bed unit, with bathroom and kitchen/lounge. Lovely patio and private pool. Had a moving sun deck over the pool, fine for adults, but take caution if you have small children! The unit was in excellent condition, and any requests were quickly seen to by the friendly staff. Was Useful to have a washing machine. A car is essential as there is only a couple of places within walking distance and this involves a walk alongside a very busy dual carriageway. Lovely view from our unit across to the sea. Only improvements would be to have more bed linen, maybe a light duvet as the air conditioning is spot on, so this could be make the stay a little cosier. Also, during a 10 day stay it would be nice if there were staff to service the unit, maybe give the bathroom a quick clean? Although these are minor quibbles! Would definitely recommend.

Ihana oma suite merinäkymällä, jossa oma uima-allas (koko noin 4x6m). Hyvällä paikalla ison tien varressa, päsee autolla nopeasti eri paikkoihin. Vatii oman auton, kävellen ei pääse kulkemaan oikeastaan mihinkään. Siisti ja puhdas allas oli lasten suosikki. Hyvä palvelu.

Fantastic place to stay. We had a wonderful time in the apartment. Amazing pool all to ourselves, spacious accommodations, large balcony with a lovely view and very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend!

Magnifique endroit pour visiter Rhodes pendant une semaine.

An okay place to stay, location is good for driving around the island and seeing everything. Definitely not somewhere you would want to stay if you haven't hired a car. The villa was quite clean although the pool was not, the grout in the tiles was very dirty and there was grime along the waterline, pool was also quite cold. The kitchen cupboards had the bare minimum in, could really do with a few more kitchen essentials. 2 coffee machines but nothing to wrap or store food in, no spare bin bags. Also there is obviously an ant problem, as on the first day the kitchen was covered in them and the only thing in the cupboard under the sink was ant spray. On the plus side there was nice views of the mountains and the sea either side of the villa, the staff were helpful and friendly. If the pool was warmer and cleaner the outside area would have been absolutely perfect. Check in process was good and a whatsapp group was created before our stay to do early check in and I could use this chat to ask for any info needed. They sent recommendations for the area for beaches, restaurants and things to do on the island.

What a great find Kolymbia Village was! If you like exploring, this complex is aptly located in Rhodes giving visitors plenty of options to visit beaches, historical sites, etc. A car is advisable to get around if staying here. The accommodation is well furnished and clean. It benefits from a swimming pool and outdoor dining area. While it advertises that a BBQ is available, it was not at the villa when we arrived. However all you have to do is ask the team and they provide one for use.

We had an amazing stay. The management is friendly, professional and very caring. We had a family reunion and couldn't ask for a better place. The villas are remodeled and clean and the pool was very well taken care of. We are already planning to come back next year. Thank you.

Séjour en famille avec deux enfants, On a atterrit dans cette location après avoir réservé le soir d’avant en voulant fuir notre hôtel catastrophique. Les maisonnettes sont propres, spacieuses et confortables avec tout l’équipement à disposition. Les piscines sont agréables, l’accueil et la communication très bien. La grande route se trouve juste en dessous, mais pas dérangeant et on dort avec les fenêtres ouvertes, nous avions une très belle vue côté balcon. Attention à être véhiculé, autrement c’est un peu compliqué. Séjour parfait, ça a sauvé nos vacances

The staff were excellent on reception including the owner on site We were evacuated due to the recent fires and the staff could not be more accommodating due to our own situation The villa was extremely comfortable with two superb double bedrooms with air conditioning in each room with all kitchen appliances with a fantastic pool with every villa. The villa had two seating areas and a lounge area by the pool so you can get shade if needed Great location for fantastic beaches north or south or a day trip to Old town Rhodes, boat trip to Symi island The local town of kolymbia is very commercialised. The local restaurant Taverna Tsambikos and take away grill house To Chorio were excellent recommendations from the staff. We'd definitely rebook this venue
