O lugar é simplesmente incrível!

Minha experiência no hotel foi decepcionante e não pretendo retornar. Fiquei surpresa ao descobrir que a acomodação ficava em um anexo externo, e não no prédio principal do hotel. O quarto tinha pouca circulação de ar, estava abafado, com cheiro de tinta e apresentava algumas teias de aranha. O chuveiro era extremamente desconfortável, com uma ducha manual pequena, dificultando muito o banho, especialmente para quem tem cabelos compridos. Solicitamos um travesseiro adicional, mas o pedido não foi atendido, apesar de o hotel aparentemente não estar cheio. A academia foi outro ponto negativo. Não conseguimos utilizá-la devido às constantes alterações no horário de abertura (8h, depois 9h e, por fim, 10h), o que não fazia sentido. O hotel fornece apenas um cartão de acesso, que também controla a energia do quarto. Assim, toda vez que saíamos, a energia era desligada, impossibilitando deixar itens carregando. A limpeza deixou bastante a desejar. O chão não foi varrido adequadamente e o box do banheiro permaneceu com areia acumulada, algo especialmente desagradável em uma região de praia. Também não há estacionamento próprio. A recepção orientou que utilizássemos um espaço anexo ao lado do hotel. Como pontos positivos, destaco o café da manhã, que era muito bom e servido com uma vista linda, além do ar-condicionado, que funcionava bem. No geral, os aspectos negativos superaram os positivos, e eu não voltaria a me hospedar no local.

Great beach views. Great location close to lots of things.

Pros: The biggest advantage of this hotel is the location. It has a relaxing resort-style atmosphere right by a beautiful beach, away from the busy Old Town Mykonos. Transportation is very easy, with a direct bus from Old Town to the beach area for only €2.20, taking about 10–15 minutes. The beach area in front of the hotel has a great vibe, and the breakfast buffet was decent, offering basics like eggs, cheese, bread, vegetables, juice, and coffee. I was hoping to get more fresh fruits but it was mainly oranges and pears and they were not the greatest.. you are in Greece and you want to see great fresh fruits at least. Cons: The room was disappointing for the price of €200+ per night. Although I booked a standard queen room, it was located in a separate extension outside the main hotel building that felt more like a motel annex and did not match the online photos. The room had no proper window, only a small one facing the hallway, which caused noise and light issues. The bathroom setup was inconvenient, with only a handheld shower head, no actual mounted shower and no curtain or door, leaving water all over the floor after showering. There was also no proper closet, just a few hangers above the fridge. Another important detail: the beach sunbeds are not included and cost €40+ per person since they are operated separately from the hotel. Overall, the location and beach access are excellent, but the room quality and overall experience did not justify the high price.

Room was very clean, breakfast had a wide range of food, beach view was beautiful

The breakfast staff and the food was fantastic, our room did not overlook the beach but overlooked the swimming pool. All the staff at the Kosmoplaz Beach Hotel were fantastic, front desk, maids, the breakfast buffet staff. Everyone was the best, thanks for making our staff the best ever.

Great hotel with a great location and right on the beach front, friendly & helpful staff, always kept clean and tidy which is much appreciated. The breakfast could be slightly better (a somewhat limited choice). It says that there's a gym and sauna, but there was no sign of it! It may be a case of they open up more as the season gets busier (as we went in April/early May). Also, there only seemed to be one restaurant but there's two listed on the page (again, this may have open when the summer season approaches).

Booked vacation for my mom's birthday as it was her dream to visit Greece.The Cosmoplatz hotel is cozy, quiet and located on nice beach.The staff is very nice and friendly. Especially I would like to notice front desk receptionist Guzel,who was very helpful and assisted my mom with navigation and all accomodations.Thank you for making my mom's birthday unforgettable experience! We'll definitely be back next time together and I would recommend this hotel for your vacation

Un vrai paradis. Très reposant en avril. Plage paradisiaque. Les équipes sont extraordinaires.

The staff is very nice and friendly. The breakfast was amazing. The greek yogurt is something else!

Clean room. You need a car for staying here and move. To go to the beach you need to pay or find a spot.

It's supposed to be a boutique hotel for relaxing; the pool water should be warm, but it's unusable. It's certified at less than 5 degrees Celsius. Using it could cause hypothermia.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. There was ongoing construction throughout the property, which was never clearly communicated beforehand. To make matters worse, the elevator was not working, which was very inconvenient—especially when traveling with a disabled person. The entire place was filled with dust from the construction, making it feel unclean and uncomfortable. This hotel should not be accepting guests while in this condition. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

The hotel claims that the beach front it managed by a third-party company (I doubt it) the beach front of hotel is occupied with sunbeds and umbrellas belong to this company. That company charges arm and leg for a very low-quality food in order to let you to use the beachfront area.
