Kosta Palace

Cleaning was excellent. I particularly liked that I could fill in check in forms before my arrival. So check in at the hotel was quick and easy. We paid for a breakfast at the hotel and the cooked breakfast could have been better. Maybe tomatoes and mushrooms? But it was adequate.

Kosta Palace is conveniently located at the west end of Kos town and close to great restaurants and shopping and right on the harbour. The rooftop pool and sun beds are a relaxing place to spend a lazy afternoon with drinks and snacks. The staff are helpful and the rooms comfortable and well equipped if not modern. The terrace is a good place to watch the harbour, dock and road traffic go by. Very comfrtoavle and relaxing.

Only channels on TV in English are news channels . Although French ,Germany, and Italian are catered for. Why ?

Shower drains need to be cleaned out Water was pooling upwards

Staff were fab, location great Breakfast not good & very poor drainage , we moved in our short stay due to stench of drains in our room

Brilliant hotel in a great spot in Kos Town. Easy to walk everywhere and 5 min walk to the beach. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Lovely bar area for a drink at night and staff friendly. Would highly recommend and will book again!

Everything was perfect: the room, the breakfast, the location as well as the staff.

This was my third time staying at the hotel. My first two times were impeccable. Five stars, this time the room I was given was S4. The room was not up to par with the hotel I have been accustomed to. 1-the WiFi in the room was not working the entire time 2-the tv was not working at all and every channel had static 3-I was told the room was a complimentary upgrade but it was VERY dated and should not be used for your guests 4-the room smelled of mildew 5-no hot water from the bathroom and kitchen sink 6-housekeeping finally showed up at 4:15pm when I came back to the room. I asked them to leave the room as is since I was already back in the room 7-day of check out, housekeeping walked into the room without knocking on the door. I was getting ready to leave the hotel and asked them to come back after I checked out. 8-toaster oven provided was out of order. The baking tray would not stay up while it was in use. I spoke with the front desk night these issues during my stay and expressed my disappointment. I also work at a hotel in New York and these are not the standards we strive for. I’m very disappointed with my trip this year at Kosta Palace Hotel. Thank you, Adam

Ganska slitet hotell, ACn var trasig, frukosten väldigt medioker och inte värd sitt pris.

Struttura ferma agli anni 80. Camere maltenute e bagno altrettanto. Unica cosa che si salva la posizione. Comoda per chi deve prendere nave dal porto per altre isole

1 gece 2 yaşındaki kızımızla birlikte konakladığımız otel. Otel imkanlarından çok az faydalandık çünkü zamanımızın çoğunu dışarıda geçirdik. 3. Katta liman manzaralı teraslı odada kaldık. Oda gayet güzel ve temizlik açısından sorunsuzdu. Kızımız için bir adet park yatak da hazırlamışlardı. Otel giriş ve çıkış saatleri ile feribot saatimiz arasında kalan zamanlarda valizimizi muhafaza etmeleri bizim için büyük kolaylık sağladı. Otelin konumu çok iyi. Hem merkeze, hem beachlere, hem de akşam deniz kenarında güzel bir yemek yiyebileceğiniz restaurantlara yürüyüş mesafesinde. Konaklayan misafirler için sabah kahvaltının ücretli olması karşılaştığımız olumsuzluk olarak söyleyebilirim. Biz yalnızca 1 gece konaklama amaçlı kullandık, memnun kaldık.

Konumu harika merkezde her yer yürüme mesafesi odalar temiz ve geniş balkondan deniz keyfi sakin huzurlu bir tatil teşekkürler

Odaya bir şişe su bile koymuyorlar, sorduğumuzda sadece oda veriyoruz dediler. Gece tuvaletin sifonu bozuldu. Çok eski ve pis banyo. Çalışan erkekler çok kabalar. Sadece konumu çok güzel.
