Amazing! Great location, friendly staff, brilliant facilties, lovely pool. All round, amazing!

We didn't expect much, but we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is a boutique style, very clean, and the room we were in was huge in comparison to some high-end hotels. Nothing was broken. We had sufficient amenities and, believe it or not, an abundance of clothes hangers! We didn't use the pool because we spent time with friends at a nearby villa, but the pool was clean, large enough, and the sunbeds were plentifully available. We would walk past at 10:30 am and still see sunbeds free. (We travelled early Sept, so not sure what it would be like in August). The clientele were mainly older, 60-70-year-olds, at a guess? At 46 I felt young! :) Room for Improvements: Breakfast was basic, but actually not as poor as some reviews I've read. Bacon was good, beans and eggs. It would be great if poached eggs were an option, and decent sausages. Not sure, as we didn't ask, but lattes would also be nice instead of the Urn coffee. We ate on a Greek night (Sunday) for our only evening meal. It was nice, except that the chicken was dangerously undercooked. We left some as it was more than pink, but a bit fleshy. The next day we both had stomach pains/cramps, and my wife for a further 24 hours too. Luckily, it wasn't worse, but the Chef's chicken cooking needs checking before it goes out. Lastly, cats! With so many strays on the island, it would be good if the Hotel discourages/bans guests from buying Cat food and leaving it everywhere. It stinks, and it's unhygienic.

Beautiful and staff is really hospitable

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo boutique hotel e ne siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti. La struttura è progettata con grande attenzione ai dettagli e l’atmosfera risulta elegante ma al tempo stesso rilassante. Lo staff è sempre disponibile e cordiale. La stanza era confortevole e completa di tutto, con un letto davvero comodo grazie al topper. Anche se il mare è facilmente raggiungibile, la piscina merita sicuramente una menzione: ben curata, tranquilla e perfetta per un momento di relax. La colazione è buona ma piuttosto standard, potrebbe essere arricchita e resa più varia per valorizzare ulteriormente l’esperienza complessiva. Non abbiamo avuto occasione di provare la ristorazione oltre la colazione, ma abbiamo apprezzato molto la serata jazz organizzata dall’hotel, un tocco piacevole che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più gradevole.

It is rare to find a hotel where the facility is maintained in excellent shape and the staff is as friendly and helpful as in this hotel. they truly went out of their way (with no exceptions) to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

Personale gentile ed accogliente che ci ha offerto un drink di benvenuto. La camera era ampia, così come il bagno, con piccolo balcone. Aria condizionata e ventilatore in camera, presenza del minibar. Colazione abbastanza variegata. Parcheggio privato e presenza di piscina. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene!

Beautiful boutique hotel, which was just what we wanted when visiting Kefalonia for our son’s wedding. Staff were very friendly and helpful and rooms were cleaned immaculately by the friendly domestic staff. The atmosphere was always relaxed around the pool and eating area. Breakfast had a large selection from cooked, pastries, cereals, fruit and yoghurts, cakes and more. Had stayed in one of the smaller rooms which could have done with more hanging area, hooks and shelves. Will definitely be returning.

Fab location halfway up the hill, so not too far from the beach and close to restaurants and cafes. Friendly staff with good food and drink options too.

Super hotel 2 mins walk from Lordas beach.

One night stay in this lovely hotel, stayed in the junior suite with a sea view. Absolutely beautiful views. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much to ask. We will look to stay here again.

Staff was excellent. They bent over backwards for everything we requested.

The overall stay was great! The service might need an improvement as well as the breakfast and its way of presentation. We enjoyed and will recommend staying in this hotel.
