Excellent and central location . The clean and uncomplicated construction and decor is simple Greek . The breakfast is very good . Clean and very friendly. Bravo!

Tilava huone, näköala rannalle, parvekkeelle pääsy kahdesta huoneesta. Hotelli siisti ja erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hyvä aamiainen ja runsas illallinen. Hyvä sijainti, kaikki lähellä.

This is a nice hotel in a beautiful town--nothing fancy but very adequate. I would stay here again.

The service is excellent, specially a lady with the name Sophia, she was extraordinary works everywhere, always aware, full of energy.

No Internet at all. Unhelpful Reception. Nobody available at checking out time. I had to go to local bar each night to use internet and also order a taxi for return journey. Food standard to good buffet. Dining room staff efficient and friendly. Cleaning good. Lots of mosquitoes. Near local shingle beach. Sea clear and clean. Close to main town. Fairly quiet and traditional rooms, studios had fridges. I had a balcony overlooking the sea. Would only go again if they added internet.

Hotel was a bit dated and shower very small but my room was clean and had a lovely view of the sea.

This place is a real mixed bag. There are some good things: - The staff are super friendly and helpful - The location is excellent, a 2 minute walk to the lake, a local beach a minute away, tavernas and a local convenience store. - Daily cleaning The bad bits: - This is possibly the noisiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Now I know, this isn’t a luxury Hotel, but being woken up constantly by the amount of noise coming from the communal areas was a problem. I’m not talking about people being inconsiderate, it’s just there is so little isolation provided by the door and walls. - The rooms are super dated and dirty. Yes they surface cleaned every day, but the level of grime of dirt and grime in the areas not cleaned is not nice. The plugs were faulty, there were a few exposed cables. Parts of the bathroom were broken. So it’s a shame. I don’t like writing grumpy reviews, after all the staff were lovely. But the overall experience of staying here wasn’t great and I know that if we ever came back to Agios Nikolaos, I wouldn’t be staying at this hotel again. We stayed at two other places whilst in Crete and they were both fantastic and for less than what we paid here!

Very good location and great service! Very clean. Check in was a breeze and we were also allowed to check in at 7:30 am.

The hotel is so close to the beach and it's quiet. The restaurants nearby (Archontiko is the best). The staff were incredibly helpful with directions.

Very clean bright and spacious room with everything in it you need. It's situated right in the centre so easy access to the beach and lake.

The location was great just steps from the sea. However, I asked for a studio with a view which when I arrived was not available. I was told that rooms were assigned when you arrived. That should be noted when making reservation. That being said the room was clean, and the staff very helpful.

Hotel carino, vicino alla spiaggia e a due passi dal centro. Monolocale spazioso, peccato per il bagno, con arredamento ub po' trascurato e vasca un po' sporca.
