Clean and as expected. Little away from tourist crowds and sites. Residential neighborhood. Friendly gricery nearby. 24hrs food place nearby.

All was well. Just shower head needs ti be replaced

We stayed twice here, 2 nights in a basic apartment before our sailing trip and 1 night afterwards in a premium apartment. The location is great for the marina and I’d pay the extra for a premium apartment as the basic one is very basic! The premium apartment was much more tastily decorated, had better quality furniture and bed linen and a coffee machine! Both apartments were clean. The concierge and check in was great, we could leave our luggage until the boat was ready and similarly we could leave luggage until our rooms were ready when we came off the boat. On our last stay our room was ready early so we could check in straight away and had an upgrade to full sea view. The downside is the road outside is like a 3 lane motorway and is so noisy 24/7. The tram and bus stops are opposite too but that does make it handy for catching the local transport into Athens or the airport. You have to cross the busy highway to get over to the marina. The double glazing in the basic apartment does nothing to block the noise but the quadruple glazing in the bedroom in the premium apartment did make a difference to the noise levels. Ear plugs are provided though we didn’t use them. Would stay again if using the marina but book the premium.

Needs renovation. Serious road noise. 19" TV!!!! No water pressure.

Das Hotel ist in den Jahren gekommen. Die Badezimmer Türe gung nicht richtig zu. Einige Badetücher war nicht sauber. Usw.

Alles war super

The property is near a few good beach locations, near the tram station, great view of the marina and good value for money. However the standard room was below standard for any hotel, l could see it had some updating but still way below standard for any hotel, for example patio door didnt lock, curtains hanging off, and just very depressing.. The premium rooms a little nicer decor but still below standards, quality, fittings etc.. I wouldn't stay again unfortunately but once updated this could be a great hotel in great location.

Godt fornøyd ned oppholdet, fin størrelse på leiligheten, komfortabel seng. Kort vei til trikk og strand. Ja, det er støy fra veien, men ikke plagsomt. Badet burde oppgraderes, men det fungerer. Veldig fornøyd med løsningen med selv å be om (= henge ut lapp) ved behov for rengjøring. Alt i alt et godt valg for vår kombinasjon av strand- og byferie.

Sentralt og flott vestvent utsikt over sjøen

Clean, spacious accommodation near the beaches and not far from the center of Athens. The equipment of the apartment is not the latest, but it is completely sufficient. The noise from the street was acceptable, as there are special glasses in the bedrooms. We liked it, thank you to the nice staff.

Horrible place to stay

Excellent location and good size apartment. The downside was the condition of the apartment which was very old and outdated.

It was 11 out of 10. Excellent service, the staff was kind and courteous, went out of their way to provide information and help to make our stay in Greece memorable. Would recommend without hesitation.

The road is extremely noisy and that affected our stay. Even with closed windows we couldn’t keep the noise out. The apartment was clean and nice. And the location was good with the tram to Athens nearby. And there was a large balcony with both sun and shade, but the noise was too intense to enjoy the great view out there.

This was 1 of few hotels with 4 twin beds in 2 bedrooms. Great for 4 friends travelling together. The front desk was so nice and helpful. Restaurant next door was delicious, cute, and friendly. Little groceryvstore across street. Prices at hotel were great. Nice balconies.

Good property and location. The plug got stuck in the sink but that’s my criticism. The apartment felt spacious and good value. Plus has a restaurant/taverna and the beach nearby.

The front desk was so helpful. One of our family ended up in hospital with surgery. They got involved and helped us. Apartment was great with 2 bedrooms and 4 twin beds. Hard to find place for 4 that isnt a pull out couch. Wonderful restaurant half a block down the street. Good food, prices and service.
