Très grand hôtel. Mobilier et sdb un peu vieillot. Manque les menus des restaurants dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner très bon et très très varié c’est impressionnant !

Got upgraded, room was big with an ensuite and a separate shower room. Ensuite had a leak from bath screen which made the floor very wet. Lovely views. Food standard for a resort this big, ate out most nights

Hôtel loin du centre de la ville mais au calme. Bon accueil du personnel et petite attention de gâteaux et vin dans l'appartement. Appartement spacieux avec belle vue sur la mer. Mobilier un peu vieillot mais très correct. Défaut : salle de repas éloignée du logement et bruyante. Bel établissement pour un séjour sur place.

Très beau séjour. Le personnel est avenant. L'environnement est top. Les chambres/studios sont sans vis-à-vis. Les piscines sont vraiment belles, et asses grandes pour faire des longueurs. Le restaurant est vraiment très bon et varié. Seul bémol, la salle de sport. Elle mériterait un petit rafraîchissement: certaines machines grincent, ou sont peu fonctionnelles.

Hôtel très bien situé. Même si les installations ne sont pas les plus modernes, tout est extrêmement propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel est vraiment exceptionnel, toujours accueillant, serviable et attentionné. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Wonderful room with perfect sea views and spectacular sunrise. 25 minute walk into the main town (Agios Nikolaos) and lovely taverna close to the hotel and on the beach. Went in October and there were lots of sunbeds available around the pools. Pools weren't heated so felt very cold but got used to it! Food was good but would have liked more Greek dishes and more vegetarian options - but there was always enough to eat. Calm, relaxed atmosphere throughout the day and evening.

The room was a disappointment down 2 flights of stairs no hand rail on the 2 fllght. Balcony next to the road. Spoke to reception for another room only offered a room at the rear of the complex.Would not issue a invoice at the end of our stay. They said Expedia would email a invoice. I need to know what cost of staying was.

Très beau hotel, chambre avec piscine privé vu incroyable sur la mer. Buffet matin et soir exceptionnel, très bon et beaucoup de choix.

Tolle Aussicht aus fast allen Zimmern. Sehr freundliches Personal, insbesondere der Hauptverantwortliche im Speisesaal, der Barkeeper und Veronika. Leider ist der Zustand sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten einen zerrissenen Vorhang, handwerklich schlecht gemachte Reparaturen, eine Badezimmertür, die praktisch nicht zu schließen war, weil sie auf dem Boden schleifte. Das Essen ist von guter Qualität und abwechslungsreich, während die Snacks an der Bar ein Witz sind (2 Varianten Topfkuchen und 2 orten Blätterteiggebäck). Überhaupt ist die All Inclusive Variante ein Ärgernis. Bei Expedia bucht man All Inclusive, nur um dann im Hotel festzustellen, dass es All Inclusive, All Inclusive Plus und Premium All Inclusive gibt. Allein die Tatsache ist eine Frechheit. Die Pools sind intakt und man darf keine Liegen reservieren. Allerdings kümmert das weder Angestellte noch Gäste. Während man erst ab 10:00 in den Pool kann, werden aber fast alle Liegen bereits um 08:30 mit Handtüchern reserviert und die zugehörigen Gäste erscheinen dann ab 09:30 bis 11:00. Auch der Hinweis an die Angestellten ergab keine Managementaktivität, die die Reservierung verhinderte. In der Folge haben wir dann auch „reserviert“ weil die Liegen nicht in üppiger Anzahl zur Verfügung stehen. (Übrigens waren hier keine Deutschen Vorreiter. Es gab sie auch kaum.) Musik auf der Terrasse, an der man seinen Abend ausklingen kann war teilweise gut gemeint aber die Sängerin klang wie schlechtes Karaoke.

We were delighted w our room w its own private pool. Buffet food was super and easy to change for lunch instead of dinner. Staff were very polite and helpful. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Would def recommend for couples and families. The resort is in a steep incline so less suitable for people w mobility difficulties. Ag Nik is a surprisingly lovely town w great restaurants and shops near the lake. Beach near the hotel was perfect. We hope to go back next year!

The staff is really amazing, we can’t thank enough for making my wife and I feel like we’re at home. The point that we didn’t like that much was the bathroom in our room, a little bit small with a small cabin shower, no individual hygiene products such as shampoo or bathing gel and there was no much attention to the fact of refilling the products available. We were in for seven nights and we also think that in the middle of the stay, the bed sheets should be changed for clean ones. Besides that, everything was and is really amazing!

L'hôtel est agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, nous avions une belle vue directe sur la mer, très agréable. Le ménage est fait mais on ne nous change pas les draps et les serviettes de toilette ts les jours. Ce n'est pas tjrs nécessaire, parfois oui Les femmes de menage ne comprennent pas l'anglais, difficile de communiquer. La restauration est variée et la nourriture plutôt bien cuisinée. Une partie du personnel n'est pas souriant et surtout , on a l'impression désagréable d'être dans une ruche, ils nous enlevent nos assiettes à la première occasion et , alors que l'on mange, remettent les tables en empilant même sur la table d'à côté le nécessaire pour refaire la votre. Cela frôle le manque d'éducation. Pas de nappe mais des sets. A 21H , buffet fermé...un peu tôt pour ceux qui rentrent d'une promenade. Aussi, si vous voulez un dessert , prenez le en arrivant si vous arrivez vers 20h30. L'arrivée à l'hotel comprend une longue montée, peu de places de Parking en haut, donc il faut se garer en bas de l'hotel et là, au moins 30 marches à monter. Si vous avez des difficultés à vous déplacer, attention, il faut de bonnes jambes. Pas de plage réservée à l'hotel. Une belle plage de sable à 5mns à pied, chaises longues et parasols payant 10e /j pour 2 pers. Possibilité d'aller à pied à Agios Nicholaos.

Séjour très agréable. Le personnel est très réactif et sympathique . Oui avons eu la chance d’être surclassé ! La chambre était incroyable !

Mooi hotel, uitstekende ligging, wel veel trappen en hellingen. Heerlijk ontbijt en dinner. De service was top. En een heerlijk zwembad!
