Stupendo

Die Zimmer und auch die öffentlichen Gebäude waren nicht besonders sauber. Die Speisen waren sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Gewisse Angestellte waren sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und aufgestellt. Gewisse sahen aber nicht sehr motiviert aus. Das Angebot und die Anlage an sich war wunderbar.

La struttura è molto bella, costituita da piccoli edifici inseriti in una vegetazione curata con moltissime palme e circondata da piscine; ha anche accesso diretto su un tratto di mare, generalmente un po' mosso, ma con mare e spiaggia puliti, attrezzati con ombrelloni e lettini e da cui si possono godere bei tramonti. Il personale è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile e ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Si mangia molto bene e in particolar modo nei ristoranti a la carte. sono molto ben organizzate anche le escursioni prenotabili direttamente in hotel. E' la nostra seconda volta al Mitsis Royal Mare e sicuramente torneremo!

Un hotel muy bonito y la atención del personal maravillosa.

The property is very well maintained and clean, pools are beautiful, staff friendly and welcoming. Guest Services show a real desire to ensure you have a great stay. A la Carte restaurants served very well presented food but I found all restaurants to be a little bland for my taste, Pan Asian was the best restaurant we went to. In addition there are a wide range of drinks on offer but wine, beer didn't taste of high quality. A Prosecco I ordered was flat and tasted like it had been open too long which was disappointing. In all in all a great place for ultra relaxing holiday in a clean and friendly environment.

The hotel is well worth a visit. There are 6 a la carte restaurants and we thoroughly enjoyed 5 out of the 6. However, due to this we were given another visit to one we enjoyed. The concierge was fantastic as was customer relations. Restaurant staff in the 5 we enjoyed were amazing. They just couldn’t cope with the numbers in the one we didn’t enjoy. Some of the bar staff are incredible. A couple seemed to work in slow motion. We found the staff to be very polite and always served with a smile. Disappointed you have to pay extra for tennis. The reason for the 4 stars is purely due to end of season. We are sure the place would be different during high season.

It was a dream come true location! Great for couples who enjoy sun, beaches, excellent food and spacious rooms.

Freundlichkeit wird hier sehr groß geschrieben , egal wo… überall sind alle total herzlich ! Die Anlage ist fabelhaft. Wir hatten eine Suite mit Pool & können diese empfehlen. Etwas älter , in die Jahre gekommen. Viele Ameisen. Am Pool sind leider die Liegen sehr schnell reserviert & schattenplätze gibt’s wenige. Keine große Animation, was uns nicht gestört hat. Essen in den Restaurants super gut, Reservierung am besten schon vor Check in. Abends gibt es kleinere Shows am Pool . Wir kommen wieder bzw. probieren gerne andere Mitsis aus .

Zeer mooi resort met leuke zwembaden zowel publiek als privé. Heel fijne mensen en een warm onthaal. Lekker gevarieerd warm eten met elke avond een ander thema. Leuke restaurantjes op het resort zelf. Heel aangenaam strand al moet je snel zijn voor een bedje vast te krijgen.

We got an upgrade due to the Expedia VIP Access program and had the pleasure to stay in a wonderful Suite with Sharing Pool. Everything was wonderful. The cleanliness was great, the cocktails absolutely amazing. Food in the buffett restaurant was fine, but more variety would have been great. Gutenfree eating (cealic disease) during our stay was no problem, but more options for dessert would have been nice. The speciality restaurants need a reservation, but are often fully booked, which makes it necessary to reserve a few days in advance (not ideal for short stays) - that is why we could only try the beach tavern, which was delicious. Thanks for the great stay!

The staff was extremely friendly and service minded! Really impressive. We stayed at a room with direct access to the pool and it was fantastic. Very calm atmosphere and plenty of space in the pool and surrounding areas. Food was overall good to very good, but the meat at the buffet was usually overcooked (chewy). In some cases you could ask the chef to get it medium or med rare, but not always.

Absolutely superb hotel, facilities and location. We will be visiting again! The staff are amazing here, so attentive and polite, nothing is too much trouble for them.

Great vacation, great staff. Lots to do on and off the resort property. Make reservations early on in your stay for a la carte & try to get the shared swimming pool as the beach flags were almost always Red for the strong currents.

Hotel was well laid out and good facilities. Staff were hit and miss in terms of service, the main buffet staff were good but the staff at the 2 of the themed restaurants were slow to take orders, deliver each course, and remove plates. When the staff were paying attention they were excellent.

Great hotel made even better by the wonderful staff.
