The staff are exceptional. The front desk Maria, Lia and Elena, plus Christina, ( breakfast) and “Mr Dobbs” the doorman , nothing was too much for them. As a boutique hotel it is great, within walking distance of all the major attractions in Athens

The renovations they did on the building are tasteful, elegant and beautiful. Everyone on the staff was so kind and attentive and helpful. Room was very comfortable. One of my best hotel experiences.

The property is so beautiful on the inside. Total did not match the surroundings. We were greeted by the door man who took our bags while we received a tour of the property. When we got to our gorgeous room we were stunned. Our bedroom you're living area were so grand and the bathroom was so modern and beautiful. The service from the staff was 5 star quality. Everyone was so helpful and wonderful we would love to return soon

I picked the Monument because of its Design which was really beautiful in reality and the location which is exactly what I wanted. What I didn't know what the human element.... and this is where this gem of a boutique hotel really delivers! Every single person in the staff is incredibly friendly and they go above and beyond to make you feel at home. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Despite arriving late, my stay at Monument Hotel was an absolute delight. The hotel itself is stunning and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring my comfort from the moment I arrived. My room was a peaceful sanctuary with a beautifully appointed bathroom. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. While my stay was brief, it was undeniably wonderful. I would happily return for a longer visit.

Fint boende, inte så många rum. Underbar frukost, hotellet har dock ingen restaurang. Hög klass men inte wow. Nytt, rent och fräscht. Allt fungerade förutom ac som var trasig. Mycket litet spa med 2 bastu.

Very well appointed hotel with professional and friendly staff. Food was excellent and amenities were very nice. We weren’t able to stay long enough to make use of the spa services but plan to next time.
