The property was simple but very clean. The front desk staff were kind and very helpful. The hotel is located near all the great restaurants and shops. The breakfast was outstanding. I would recommend the hotel.

Overall I liked this hotel , it is basic accommodation but clean and in a great area close to the central bus station. There is no restaurant and the walk to old town is 15 minutes, however breakfast is provided . Staff were friendly and helpful with directions, also recommended places to dine.

Great hotel. It was super clean and the employees were all fantastic & very friendly. Helpful too. The included breakfast had a lot of variety for all diets. Great location, it's across the street from the main bus station & taxis are nearby too. Lots of dining options for locals around the area, which I love. I'd say this hotel was a huge value. I would stay here again.

Il n'y a pas de parking contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur la fiche. Difficile de se garer, une personne pas très agréable à la réception le matin, à l'inverse de la personne de l'après midi très agréable. Petit déj très bien Literie au top, bons volets et rideaux qui font qu'il n'y a pas de lumière le matin. Le seul problème le frigo qui est trop haut pour qu'un enfant puisse se servir et celui de ma chambre ne fonctionnait pas très bien.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and safe. Staff were very efficient, polite and friendly. Location was perfect for us, as it was near the main bus station and our bus to/from the airport. Hence, it was a busy and bustling location but none of the noise could be heard from within the hotel room. Our hotel room had a balcony with distant views of the mountains and sea. Easy walking access to the harbour and city areas. A small buffet breakfast was available which included fruit, cereals, breads, juices, pastries, eggs, cheeses, bacon and traditional Greek products. As vegetarians we were happy with the selection available. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Good location for visiting old port

Wir waren nun bereits zum zweiten Mal im Nefeli und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Freundliche Betreuung sowie schöne, ruhige Zimmer mit Balkon. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig. Unweit des Nefeli liegt der zentrale Busbahnhof. Auch die Altstadt ist nicht weit entfernt. Für uns die perfekte Lag.

This was our first visit to Crete. Short journey from the airport via private transfer. Very welcoming staff 0n arrival. Had a problem with a leaking toilet in en-suite for the first day but we were moved to another room. Continental plus breakfast was very good. Hotel located in the town but harbour, beach etc was in easy walking distance. Restaurants everywhere. you will never starve in Chania. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable stay. Would visit Crete again.

The person who checked me in was very friendly. Walking to the port with an abundance of dining and shopping options was easy. Breakfast options were plentiful and healthy. I would return for the value.

Sehr kurzer Fußweg vom zentralen Busbahnhof. Gepflegtes Haus mit gutem Frühstücksbuffet und ausgezeichnetem Kaffee. Sauber und freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Service. In den oberen Stockwerken schöner Blick über Chania. Zentrale Lage. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar
