Breakfast and the 2 server ladies at the breakfast area are the greatest and made our stay great.

Good points: The hotel is stylish, modern and clean. Staff were friendly. The location is out of the way but close to the acropolis, Plaka and a bunch of nice restaurants. Views from the rooftop bar are amazing. Bad points: Taxi drivers can’t find it. ( I even had one argue that it wasn’t in Athens at all ) The pool is microscopic and no longer has any loungers to make way for dining pods. The “mini suite” is just a plain lie. Putting a sofa in a tiny double room does NOT make it a mini-suite. Particularly when there is precious little wardrobe space and nowhere to put a suitcase other than on the bed or the sofa. The breakfast was lovely 5 of the 6 days. But on the 6th the eggs were raw and smothered in balsamic vinegar and when we complained it all got passive and weird very quickly. Our cutlery was taken away and my wife was never supplied a replacement dish. Similarly, when two men took it on themselves to rearrange furniture on the rooftop bar directly above our heads (top floor room) and shout loudly to each other in the process at 4-5am reception was not contactable, (apparently our fault for foolishly assuming the reception button on the phone would call the reception - it doesn’t, you have to call 400 or was it 000 or maybe 405. One of them would have worked for sure…) Basically. Stylish, pleasant hotel with good breakfasts, but very cramped rooms and if there is a problem, don’t expect any ability to step up and handle it…

What a beautiful hotel! We Enjoyed our basement rooms. They were beautiful, clean and perfect for what we needed.

The room was pretty and clean. We didn’t get a chance to try their breakfast because we left before the buffet opened, but the staff was so nice, they even packed us a to-go breakfast box! Thank you Neoma! Would definitely stay here again

Walkable to the Acropolis

10 minute walk to main pedestrian route and station. Great views and very friendly and helpful staff. I would highly recommend.

It was only a shirt walk to the acropolis and shopping. Very clean and cozy room. All the staff were excellent. The breakfast had quite the variety to choose from as well.If we ever go back to Athens this will be ourbfirst choice to stay! 100% recommend!

This hotel was disappointing. The breakfast that was included in the high rate was meager. Not the spread I have experienced in dozens of hotels all over Greece. Also, we had to pay for coffee. No coffee pots were set out at breakfast. We had to wait for a small cup to be prepared. Hotel is located on a very noisy street with traffic day and night.

Just returned home from a 4 night break at the Neoma hotel. Loved everything about our stay - rooms & service impeccable. Rooftop pool bar has stunning views and great food. We travelled with a 2yr old and staff were very helpful providing oat milk and accommodating his fascination with the pool shower! Breakfast was delicious with good quality local foods on the buffet and hot cooked to order items available. Neoma’s great strength is its friendly and welcoming staff team, nothing is too much trouble for them.

This property is clean and the accommodations are great. It is well located. The rooftop pool and dining/drinks were terrific.
