Nicolas and his family were extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was clean, beautiful view, and peaceful surroundings. They picked me up and dropped me off from the port. Nicolas helped me arrange an e-bike to get around the island. Patmos is a peaceful, relaxing, and spiritual place. Thank you Nicolas and family!!!

I traveled to Patmos with my 2 daughters via ferry. We arrived at 2am, and Nicholas and his son met us there with kind faces and a bottle of water. They drove us the short distance to the studios. During our stay, they were the most accommodating. Our rooms were clean and had everything we could need. I highly recommend!! They are the best.

Awesome place but breakfast lacks. They pick me up at the ferry and took me twice to town. Peaceful and beautiful place to stay.

Всё, что прочитали хорошего в отзывах, всё так и было: чуть в стороне от центра, от суеты, толкотни и магазинов. Ночью абсолютная тишина: ни машин, ни шумных ресторанных воплей, ни погрузочно-разгрузочных работ в 5 утра. Только цикады ночью и петухи утром. Хорошее место. Рекомендую. Номера большие, комфортные, в кухонном уголке есть всё необходимое. Вид у всех номеров на море, на лагуну с яхтами. Завтрак скромный, на мюсли-сыр-колбасу-йогурты не рассчитывайте. И ещё, что важно: нас встретили в порту по прибытии и отвезли в порт в последний день. Причем, прямо ко времени парома. Это приятно. Но особая благодарность хозяину за то, что он не пожалел своего времени и машины и отвез нас в те потрясающие места, которых не было в путеводителе. Если бы не он - считай, ничего бы не увидели. Спасибо ему огромное. Да и ещё: все продукты на завтраке: яйца, варенье, арбуз, гуава... - со своего «приусадебного участка».

Nicolas Studios er plasserte veldig praktisk i forhold til Skala som er Patmos sitt «hovedsted» og samtidig i veldig rolige omgivelser. Vertskapet og alle som jobber der er utrolig vennlige og hjelpsomme. De hentet oss og kjørte oss til båten, alltid behjelpelige med alt vi trengte, serverte oss freske frukt fra egen hage hverdag, ga oss råd om strender og bilutleie... og alt dette med et smil. Studioet var romslig og ren. Enkel og autentisk. Vi anbefaler Nicolas Studios til deg som skal besøke vakre Patmos.

Our stay at Nicolas Studios was one of the highlights of our trip. The exceptional hospitality of Nicolas and his family was above and beyond expectations. Nicolas met our ferry at the dock at 3:15 AM. That was just the beginning of the attention given to us. Theologia prepared a delightful breakfast for us each morning which was served on a veranda surrounded by blooming flowers. We would recommend Nicolas Studios to anyone and everyone who visits Patmos. It is the perfect Greek experience!

We had a fabulous few days on Patmos the friendliness of all at the Nicolas studios made for a great stay. The free breakfast was outstanding. Will be back.

We had a wonderful stay here. The owners treated us as part of their family. Our studio was perfect with gorgeous views. We look forward to staying here again when we come back to Patmos.

This lovely little outpost on Patmos is not luxury. It personifies Greece and Patmos, being run by a wonderfully friendly Greek couple who show amazing hospitality. It is a quiet oasis and Nico will gladly drive you where you need to go if you want. Don't miss the monastery! Lovely quiet beach on a bay a pleasant walk or a brief ride away. Stay here. But not if you're after a luxurious American style hotel stay.

Il fatto di essere ubicato leggermente fuori dal centro abitato fa si che si possa assaporare la vera atmosfera tradizionale greca. La colazione nel giardino circondati da caprette e galline, la vista su Skala e il suo golfo, la gentilezza e disponibilità di Nicolas e staff già mi mancano. Sicuramente il meglio se si vuole soggiornare a Patmos!

Sono stata l'ultima settimana di giugno in questi studios. Accoglienza al porto veramente familiare, come tutto il soggiorno. Camera umile ma pulitissima, con terrazza e vista sul porto di Skala. Il posto è praticamente in campagna e questo rende l'atmosfera davvero particolare. La famiglia di Nicolas fa veramente di tutto per rendere la vacanza come se tu fossi loro ospite personale

Lovely hotel. Nice location- short walk around the port. Nicholas picked us up and dropped us off from ferry. Excellent restaurant nearby, frequented by the yachties in the know. Beach nearby . Great views from balcony rooms. Very clean and well maintained.

My family of 4 had an enjoyable stay at Nicolas Studios (ask for a room for 4 because other rooms only accommodate 3). The apartment was cosy & comfortable. We were transferred from and back to the ferry by Nicolas late at night. The location is out of the main part of town to the north where it is quiet. However, we didn't rent a car because we walked from Nicolas Studios through Skala to Grikos beach for a splash and lunch, then we walked up the hill to Chora where the monastery is located, back down to the Cave of the Apocalypse and back to the apartments all in one day with a 12 & 9 year old child. We also recommend eating at Souvlakia tou Pappou, a short walk from the apartments. It is also a nice walk over to Meloi beach with another good restaurant there with outdoor dining and a great view over the water.
