Beautiful place and exceptional customer service.

The staff were amazing. Friendly and warm and extremely helpful. The landscaping in the hotel courtyard made it feel like you were in a rural village rather than the heart of Athens. I would stay in this hotel again in a heartbeat.

An alternative option in an alternative area

This property was the highlight of our trip to Athens. Every detail is thoughtfully mastered. The staff was beyond amazing and made us feel so special. It was a quick walk (10 min) on a path to old town and the base of the Parthenon. It had incredible views of the Acropolis from the room and restaurant. I wish they had more locations because it is a must stay!

Das Hotel in dem Gazi-Viertel ist unerwartet. Interessanter Umbau einer alten Industrieanlage. Super nettes Personal, das tatsächlich versucht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Superausstattung mit viel Geschmack und Liebe. Ob das offene Bad Jedermanns Geschmack ist, muss jeder für sich entscheiden. Auch das Internetfernsehen (Google TV etc) über Beamer ist für den normalen deutschen Urlauber gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber wer fliegt nach Athen,um Fernsehen zu sehen. Dazu ist abends, insbesondere in den wärmeren Jahreszeiten, dort viel zu viel los. Für einen Kurztrip aufgrund der Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einer Metrostation, mit der man 1-2 Haltestellen im Zentrum ist und die direkt zum Flughafen führt, ideal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The staff were superb and really went out of their way to help. The room was fantastic with a projector screen, big lounge area, luxury bathroom products and lots of other items to make this feel like a home rather than a hotel room. Although you may have a few initial concerns based on area, it was safe and quiet and 5 minutes from the metro. Once inside it felt like an oasis with a beautiful set up. We would come back in an instant and hope they expand to this concept to other locations as it was superb, and most definitely 'not ordinary'!

Hotel is very nice, accessable to Acropolois and other ruins Uber was very acessable to go out too dinner and such. Breakfast at the hotel (included) was off the chart good. My only comment would be to simplify the different floor heights Makes moving roller bags a challenge. The key app ,for the room is "clunky" Not great for the non techno folks. Other than that loved the place Not for the chain hotel types

Friendly staff, a real oasis of calm and luxury, just 25 minutes walk from the Acropolis and museums. Loved the attention to details and sumptuous garden...

Good to be near the subway/underground. But surrounding area not great.

Amazing!

NOT Hotel was one of the nicest and most unique places we have ever stayed. The architecture and attention to detail was incredible. The neighbourhood is a bit rundown and can be rowdy with nightclubs , but as soon as you walk through the front door it is like entering another world. Incredibly peaceful. The staff were amazing. I cannot say enough about this place, we will be talking about it for years to come.

The hotel is very nice inside but the neighborhood is not ideal, it’s pretty dirty outside and it takes a few mins to get to the tourist area, besides that the hotel is amazing and the facilities great! Staff is very friendly

Amazing place and really unique design. The pool is incredible and the location is walkable to many attractions and restaurants. Staff was awesome and made the stay seamless.

This is an amazing hidden gem. Wonderful property, one block from subway if you want to hit Plaka for shopping, only one station away. Highly recommend!

Hotel was amazing in every way, so relaxing. It looks exactly as it does online but is even better in person. The entire property is pristine and decorated so uniquely. We will absolutely be back and recommending this place to others. The room felt like an oasis and food was such a treat too - especially the Bio Oat. 11 out of 10!

A hidden gem in the heart of Athens. Just a magical experience from start to finish. I loved the striking contrast between the understated exterior and the beautifully designed interior. The owners and staff are incredibly attentive and thoughtful, with an impressive eye for detail. The location is also ideal—within a 15–30 minute walk of all the main attractions and neighborhoods. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be the food menu. While everything I tried was delicious, I would have appreciated a bit more variety. Make sure to request a garden or pool facing room, Emily’s garden is truly something special.

Absolutely loved our stay. The team were so hospitable , polite and charming. Very special and quaint place to stay and central to all top places to visit in Athens. Will definitely be back.
