Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut. Praktisch ist auch, dass das Hotel eigene Parkplätze hat. Die Zimmer hingegen werden nicht immer präzise gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist eher klein gehalten und nicht sehr abwechslungsreich.

War gut

Leider habe ich nicht die Zimmerkategorie erhalten, die ich ursprünglich gebucht hatte. Gebucht war ein Deluxe-Doppelzimmer mit Balkon, stattdessen bekam ich ein Zimmer ohne Fenster und ohne Balkon. Es fühlte sich wie im Gefängnis an, da keinerlei Tageslicht in den Raum gelangte – das mir zugewiesene Zimmer (Nr. 220) hatte wortwörtlich kein einziges Fenster. Man teilte mir mit, dass ich am nächsten Tag in ein anderes, direkt benachbartes Zimmer umziehen könne. Allerdings wurde mir nur mitgeteilt, dass das Zimmer 220 lediglich ohne Balkon sei, als ich feststellte, dass es aber ebenfalls ohne Fenster ist – für einen Tag. Als ich dies bemerkte, wandte ich mich erneut an die Rezeption und bat um ein anderes Zimmer. Leider wurde ich erneut auf den nächsten Tag vertröstet, da angeblich keine anderen Zimmer verfügbar seien. Das konnte ich jedoch nicht nachvollziehen, da regelmäßig neue Gäste eincheckten und problemlos Zimmer – offenbar auch ohne vorherige Reservierung – erhielten. Am folgenden Tag ging ich wie besprochen wieder zur Rezeption und bat um das ursprünglich zugesagte Zimmer mit Balkon (entsprechend meiner Buchungskategorie). Stattdessen wurde mir ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss (Nr. 125) angeboten. Auf meine Nachfrage, warum ich nun doch ein anderes Zimmer und nicht das vom Vortag versprochene erhalten sollte, konnte sich das Personal plötzlich nicht mehr an die vorherige Abmachung erinnern. Das empfand ich als äußerst ärgerlich und enttäuschend.

Huone kaipaisi remonttia, on jäänyt hieman ajasta taaksepäin. Kuitenkin yleiset tilat olivat siistit ja allasalue oli hieno. Siivous oli erinomaista ja siivojat olivat ystävällisiä.

Die Unterkunft hatte eine top Lage, allerdings mangelte es an Sauberkeit. Die Handtücher und Bettlaken wurden in der ganzen Zeit (5 Tage) nicht einmal gewechselt und das Badezimmer sollte vielleicht mal entkalkt werden. Das Personal an sich war jedoch sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Wir wurden in einem Hotel nebenan untergebracht, welches Fußläufig nicht weit vom Buffet entfernt war und der Pool war auch nicht so überfüllt, wie der vom eigentlichen Hotel. Alles in allem würde ich 3 von 5 Sternen vergeben.

La struttura è un po datata ma la posizione è ottima e lo staff molto gentile. Se non volete noleggiare un'auto da qui trovate tutto a breve distanza: negozi, spiaggia, ristoranti e una piscina con bar in hotel

We stayed here for a 4 nights mainly for the convenience of meeting friends also staying locally to Falariki, and for day excusions. The hotel was basic and our room was how we expected considering the price, but felt very dated and in need of renovation. Our shower was pretty poor and within a tiny bath so didn't have much space to move. Having the pool, bar and snack area was useful although we were only around to make use of this for one morning/afternoon as we were elsewhere the majority of the time. The location is convenient and close to good bars, bus connections, shops and restaurants. (Recommend trying Something Different across the road, outstanding) The breakfast selection was very good and all food was fresh and well stocked. This area of the hotel felt totally different to our rooms and accommodation block, in a good way. For what we needed it for the stay was good, although needs internal improvements to the hotel rooms and decor.

The staff here were friendly throughout. Big shout out to Anastasia who was there smiling away from 7am until she finished. Good food options on site, restaurant was good quality and value.

The hotel has a great 👍 pool area which is the main thing i suppose. The food, drinks, and service were all top noche. My basic room was good value, quiet, and had a nice balcony. The location is good close to nitelife and the beach. The hotel is also close to bus stops. The orien is a good choice.

Hyvä sijainti ja todella mukava allasalue. Huoneet siistit ja henkilökunta ystävälllistä. Ravintolan ruoka vastasi mukavasti perinteistä Kreikkalaista ruokalistaa. parvekeen ovi eristi hyvin yön juhlintaäänet.

Fantastic stay with friendly staff Pool area was excellent Location great - not to noisy but close enough to the busy nightlife Breakfast was OK One downside - the air conditioning didnt work and on approaching the reception, the lady said "I Know - I will inform the manager" but nothing changed Very uncomfortable sleep as it was so hot in the room

We stayed here for 1 night during our stay in Rhodes. The Hotel facilities are excellent, Great Pool, Pool bar & Restaurant, Smart Reception area. Great friendly staff. Bedrooms are spacious but quite dated and basic decor which could do with a makeover. This Hotel could easily be a 4 start if the bedrooms were modernised. Good Breakfast too.

Lovely hotel, modern with a wonderful clean pool. Staff were smiley, service was great and they were always happy to help. We stayed in a recently refurbished room and the decor was contemporary and clean. Great location, situated at the end of the strip but 5 mins walk from the beach. All in all, I would stay again.
