Our second time staying here, the fact we came back should say it all. This hotel is beautiful, the staff go above and beyond for you and the private beach is heaven. I slept amazing every night and didn’t hear a peep.

All in all a good place to stay, although well unfortunately won’t consider staying there in the future. Following aspects didn’t meet our expectations/were inconvenient: 1. Pool wasn’t heated (bad in autumn/winter) 2. Drinks in all inclusive were cheap rebrands. Furthermore you couldn’t access the drinks yourself 3. Staff at the bar weren’t friendly at all and looked as if it was the worst thing to serve drinks 4. You have to pay for the beach and umbrellas 5. Rooms aren’t soundproof. Neighbors were stomping and shouting around at ludicrous times. Room service team rumbled around at 6am in the morning. Not very respectful

Did not realize all inclusive bar was until 8pm. Not used to all inclusive having specific times and that early. Some of the bar tenders didn’t take care of you the same that they took care of the people spending. I honestly went outside more for drinks even though I paid for all inclusive. The drinks were not good as well. Waste of money for me.

El personal aunque no hablase español fue extremadamente amable e intentaron buscar la manera de comunicarse con nosotros a través del inglés. Destacó sobre todo la atención de Ramona, la de la directora del hotel y un camarero del buffet un poco más mayor pero con vitalidad y alegría para atendernos. Fue un viaje muy bonito y nos llevamos un excelente recuerdo. Muchas gracias

Das Hotel an sich ist in Ordnung, die Zimmer sind sauber und die Anlage wirkt gepflegt. Allerdings ist das „All-Inclusive“-Angebot sehr enttäuschend. Cocktails gehören nicht dazu, Eiskaffee gibt es ebenfalls nicht und der Kaffee kommt nur aus einem alten Automaten. Cola wird zwar angeboten, aber es handelt sich um eine billige „Fake-Cola“ – absolut nicht das, was man erwartet. Das Essen ist geschmacklich auch kein Highlight. Vieles schmeckt einfach „nach Meer“, sehr eigenartig und wirklich nicht angenehm – das geht gar nicht für ein Hotel, das mit All-Inclusive wirbt. Besonders unangenehm war das Verhalten eines Hotelmitarbeiters. Sowohl im Hotel als auch im Beach Club wurde man bedrängt und gedrängt, was ein dauerhaft unwohles Gefühl hinterlassen hat. Zusätzlich hatte man das Gefühl, beim Sonnen oder sogar im Jacuzzi-Zimmer beobachtet zu werden – das ist absolut inakzeptabel und zerstört jede Urlaubsatmosphäre. An der Bar war das Personal zudem nicht besonders freundlich, teilweise sogar frech. Insgesamt bleibt daher leider ein sehr negativer Eindruck zurück. Man möchte im Urlaub entspannen und sich wohlfühlen – hier war genau das Gegenteil der Fall.

The hotel was okay, but the cleanliness was really disappointing. Even on the first day when we arrived, the bed and blanket were dirty, and the towels had stains on them. Honestly, the only good thing was the view from the balcony — it was beautiful. But everything else was just average, and in my opinion, I wouldn’t come back there again.

Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, das Essen ausgezeichnet. Leider muss man sagen, dass All inclusive Gäste Gäste zweiter Klasse sind, da der Teil des Restaurant auf der Meeresseite nur a la carte ist und den Gästen mit all inklusive nur mit Aufzahlung ermöglicht wird. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aber sehr auffällig war die bevorzugte Behandlung der zahlenden Gäste, wobei all inclusive ja vorab auch schon bezahlt wurde.

Was very happy with my stay, managment and Ramona from client relations were amazing and made my stay that much better. Would return to any accommodation they are at in the future. Thank you! Ryan from Canada :D

Too many seniors and too quiet

Sehe taller Empfang an der Rezeption, vielen Dank! Das Hotel bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Zimmerausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern.

Disappointing. Jacuzzi suite with sea view isn’t as shown on the photos, loads of unfinished areas, there is a sea view but you have to look past an area of the roof which looks abandoned to see it. Such a shame!

I stayed in two different rooms, in a standatd one and in a luxury one and drains in both smelled terrible. I contacted different staff members but nothing was done about that. Also I had tiny crawling and flying sewer insects in rooms. In part of the rooms the view is directly over opposite rooms without any light curtains.

Fijn hotel met vriendelijk onthaal en behulpzaam personeel. Goede bedden, stevige matras. Spa is extra te betalen en het zwembad is niet het hele jaar door open. Enkel buitenzwembad. Ivm lawaaihinder van buiten best met het raam dicht slapen (eventueel met de airco aan, toen wij er waren, was dit niet echt nodig, het was nog niet zo warm).

È stata una bellissima esperienza. Lo staff è veramente gentile e disponibile. Il cibo buono e la posizione dell'hotel è strategica e molto comoda per spostarsi. Gli unici appunti che posso fare sono: 1 il fatto che nella sala ristorante fa freddo, 2 ci vorrebbe una persona dello staff che parla italiano e 3 sarebbe meraviglioso un bidet nel bagno delle camere. Ovviamente questi sono piccoli appunti personali perché nel complesso ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene e consigliamo questo hotel sia per la struttura che per il meraviglioso staff.

Had an amazing weekend at Palmera! Check in staff was kind and efficient. The bar staff was not attentive, I was often ignored but it didn’t bother me too much as I wasn’t in a hurry. Unfortunately, there were many extra charges and add ons that I was not made aware of. Many guests and I complained about the fact that we paid for all inclusive, yet most things were not included. A bit disappointed about that, a simple note on the property details would have sufficed. Regardless, the food was delicious and the vibes were great! The kitties were my favorite part! I would come back, but only after April 1st, when everything opens for the season.
