Room was clean. Staff was nice

They have been acting unusual with too much or too little attention, they had 4 staff members at the reception when I was alone once and it is made for 2. Then I got called at 12:00 midnight to be bothered if I wanted water or bread?

Second rime staying, everything I needed and close to metro. Staff great, room spotless.

The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and perfect for our needs - other than a seeming lack of air conditioning. It wasn't a huge deal now in October, but it might be in summer. 3 of the 4 of us are gluten free, and they brought in gluten free options for breakfast when we asked about that.

Front desk staff was very friendly and very helpful. Only difficulty was that we could not get our room cool enough. Air conditioning did not seem to be working. Opening the patio door helped, but then it was much too noisy to sleep!

I canceled my trip but they did not give any refunds back. That’s very disappointing.

Good location and price, staff were really helpful and friendly.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing tips for things to do in the area. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, shower was good with lots of warm water. Was easy walk to Monistriaki and plans… and subway stop was 2 min walk making it easy to get around. For budget hotel, we were happy with our stay.

Probably Greeces worst hotel. Terrible staff, terrible location, avoid.

hotel is great considering it is 3 stars. nice breakfast, very helpful and friendly personnel, the location is very well connected transport wise, but feels a bit unsafe due to the number of homeless people around (that is just my personal feeling, not that any of them acted in any way or tried to approach me)

Awful experience. Checked into the hotel around 10pm and went to our room only to find a boiling hot, cramped, stuffy, smelly environment. Disappointingly there was no cot in our room, so we called reception immediately and said there was no cot, could we have one please. The receptionist declared that we should have told them in advance, but she would see if she could get one and come back to us. As time ticked by and we almost died with the heat in the room, with the truly pathetic aircon that couldn't cope with the heat clearly, we heard nothing. I then went to reception around an hour later to discover that the receptionist we spoke to had gone home for the evening (without telling us). Having then explained to the new receptionist that we needed a cot, he said he would get us one in the morning. Completely useless for us given we were staying one night. The guy couldn’t be bothered trying to help and claimed it had to be set up by the cleaning staff, i explained i was totally fine setting it up and all he needed to do was hand me the stuff but he refused. Having given up with the most unhelpful receptionist, we were forced to find a new hotel. 1 because there was no way we could sleep in that sauna and 2 because our 1 year old baby needed a cot. Thankfully the hotel across the road were happy to give us a room, with a cot but i had to set it up myself which i was happy to do. The receptionist then became aggressive as we moved our bags wanting the room key back.

Area felt unsafe. Lots of drugs being done in the street

L'hôtel Parnon Athènes à Omonia est très central. l’hôtel est très propre et le petit déjeuner excellent. Très bon séjour
