A last minute decision for an overnight on Symi and Pedi beach hotel did not disappoint. Although the hotel was full the staff were friendly, engaging and incredibly helpful. Although not glamorous, we swam off the beach in front of the hotel and were able to walk to two other less "towny" beaches. Breakfast buffet was varied and extensive. Would recommend this hotel and its lovely staff.

Christina i receptionen samt resterande bar/frukost och städpersonal helt fantastiska. Jättebra frukost. Varierad och fräsch. Städning likaså. Vi hade hyrbil och boendet hade storparkering i bakgården vilken uppskattades. Men boende erbjöd (gratis tror jag) transport från hamnen så det är riktigt bra för de som inte har bil. Även bussar och andra transport medel i närheten av hotellet samt utflykter till viktiga sevärdheter arrangeras och uppskattades av andra boenden på hotellet. Vi fick först uppgraderad rum med delvis havsutsikt som visade sig vara mindre eller sämre planerad än vanligt rum med utsikt mot trädgården. Vi trivdes bättre i det rummet mot trädgården då det var rymliga/bättre planerad. Enda minus- inga krokar till handdukar i badrum. Ofräscht med tvålpump istället för tvål för enskild användning för respektive gäst och inga bodylotions. Plus för inner tofflor. Fantastisk strand- kändes liten och privat i anslutning till hotellet. Pedi överlag är jättemysigt om man vill ha en lugn och avkopplande semester. Bra snacks/mat från baren. Bilderna från hotels.com stämmer verkligen överens med vad man får.

Very nice Staff

Perfekt location precis vid stranden och en fantastisk restaurang några meter bort med trevlig personal. Outstanding miljö med bergen runt om och knappt 10 min med taxi över till byn i hamnen med massa restauranger. Flög med Apollo charter till Rhodos. Se till att hotellet hämtar upp er och kör till färjan som ingår i servicen. Supersmidigt! Missa inte italienska Bella Napoli i byn där vi åt en av dem bästa carbonaran och pizzan. Åk till symi - helt underbart om du vill ha lugn och ro, sol och bad och grekisk kultur. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The staff were always positive and helpful, when we needed to change a room, they understood and it was not a problem. When due to circumstances beyond our control we had to stay an extra night, they could not be more helpful. Great service out on the terrace with complimentary fruit. The breakfast was very good. A special mention to Marco , the general manager for a great stay, we will come back.

Fabulous hotel, from the moment we arrived to our departure this morning 19th August- the whole stay was excellent. The staff are super efficient, polite, helpful, quick - nice drinks, breakfast and lunch all very good. The view looking out from hotel is spectacular, nice chairs sunbeds and umbrellas - walk across the road, and straight into the clear blue sea - lovely temperature, not tidal or any waves, as Pedi beach at the end of an inlet from the Aegean Sea. Two excellent tavernas in Pedi both less than 5 mins walk, would book though very busy - hotel will arrange - also the local bus to and from the main town/port is very punctual and €2:50 per trip per person- we had a fantastic relaxing time and would definitely be back

Perfekt mindre badhotell i denna lilla vik. Lugn stämning och bra mat och frukost. Sköna solbäddar. Är man ett större sällskap av tex flera familjer bör man fundera på om det passar att semestra här då man kan bli lite för dominanta i den lågmälda stämningen med så pass få gäster. Tavernorna intill kompletterar fint med alternativ till kvällsmål ( bästa maten vi ätit i Grekland) - vi åt dock luncherna på hotellet och de var överlag bra, men kanske inte med största finess. Lite högljudd AC och något hård madrass om jag ska vara petig- men annars fräscha rum med trevlig inredning. Restauranginredningen är väl rätt kal och trist med det spelade inte så stor roll för man ville ju ändå sitta ute på den vackra terrassen mot havet och äta! Välsorterad frukostbuffé som även hade kaffemaskin för cappuccino mm. Bra med service att få skjuts till och från hamnen! Jag skulle gärna komma igen! Men Symi hamn var mest ett trist turistbesök. Det finns säkert roligare utflykter per båt om man vill istället!

Beds are uncomfortable, bathrooms can use some updating. With that being said we had a delightful time. Service was outstanding and staff was very friendly and helpful.

A gem of a hotel! Charming hotel with a great location. But first and foremost: you rarely experience service-mindedness at this level. Marco and his team are just fabulous.

In a quiet laid back bay ( pedi Bay). Just relax and chill. Very good 2 restaurants on the sides.

Beautiful hotel in a tranquil location with very friendly and attentive staff and a great breakfast. The location is perfect and very peaceful with an easy bus that takes you straight into Symi running every 1hr through to late. We loved staying in Pedi particularly due to being outside of Symi Port which itself is busy and cramped. The hotel practically has a private beach which is very quiet and pretty much only used by hotel guests. Also there is car/bike and boat hire available within a 2 minute walk - we used both and were very happy with the service! Would definitely recommend both the fabulous hotel and location!

The dining area needs to be changed. There are no soft furnishings etc to absorb noise so it has the feel of a school canteen.

We had an amazing stay. The manager came to pick us up at the port and brought us back when we left. He was very friendly and very accommodating and so was all his staff. We were looking to make an excursion and the lady at the desk made all the arrangements for us. I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

We were amazed by the service we received by all staff members, starting with our pick up from the ferry port. All the staff members were very friendly and made us feel like royalty. They helped us organize a local tour placing the calls for us to the tour provider. The breakfast was delicious with quite an array of items for every tastes. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet getaway for a short or long stay. We could only stay one night this time but we shall return for a longer stay in the future.

Easy swimming in calm clear water just across the street, and comfortable sunbeds and chairs on the hotel patios. 3 waterfront tavernas and hotel dining to choose from. Free tranfers from ferry. Hourly bus to town if desired. Quiet.

Hyggelig betjening , Fin beliggenhet , gode senger, rolige omgivelser, variert, sunn og god! Men Hotel.com hadde ikke informert oss om transfer!!!!

Loved our stay. Clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with a very good selection of food. The location was convenient to wonderful outdoor restaurants and also land and water taxis . Highly recommend.

A great small hotel on the beach. A quiet location with minimal facilities but only 10 mins from Symi town. The staff were excellent but the dining facilities were very canteen like and Spartan. A rethink is needed to improve this dining area.
