We had a great holiday at this hotel in October. It is a friendly and hospitable accommodation to stay in Agios Prokopios area. Rooms are clean and comfortable. You have everything you need to have a wonderful stayed. Close to bus stop, restaurants and shops. Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach.

Lovely family run accommodation Our Double Studio with balcony & breakfast was ideal for our 8 nights on Naxos, the family run accommodation is friendly and welcoming. A nice breakfast next to the 12 metre swimming pool provided a relaxed start to each day. Our air conditioned room had a TV, kitchen bench, hot plates, spare bed and table and chairs. Outside our semi private balcony had an umbrella, table and chairs and clothes line. Our room was serviced & had the bins emptied every day which was nice and the bed was changed three times. Across the road is a very good supermarket and it’s just a short walk to the restaurants and the beach. An easy €2.60 bus transfer from the port (stop from port “BP Gas Station”). Bus station and bus tickets to the left towards the Portara as you get off the ferry.

We stayed here for three nights at the end of September. Property is very nice. Very good breakfast was included. Clean, right across a super market, dry cleaning. Beach is a walkable distance. A lot of good restaurants around. Very close to the port. We took a public bus and it was only €2.40 per person. And the bust stopped right by the hotel. Very convenient. It’s a family owned business. Owners are very nice and accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel.

Bed was uncomfortable, showers are very difficult for people using them. Not as friendly as other places.

This is a family hotel. The location was not near the city however great restaurants available and shopping was fine. We were able to walk close by to the beach, bakeries, etc. Naxos is a great place to visit and the hotel was a great choice.

An absolute gem! Attention to detail on all aspects of this boutique hotel. Amazing operators. Clean, welcoming, close to everything. Breakfast was a great addition.

Great location with 5 minute walk to beach!

Ein relativ kleines, nettes und familiäres Hotel. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft serviert ein kleines aber feines Frühstück und ist sehr gut gelegen, zwar direkt an der Hauptstraße des Orts, aber das stört nicht. Ansonsten gibt es einen tollen Pool und zum Strand geht man gerade mal 5 Minuten. Auch sämtliche Tavernen, Cafésund Läden erreicht man in wenigen Gehminuten. Der Ort ist klein und nett, der Strand ein Traum. Das Hotel bietet ältere und neuere Zimmer, wir waren in einem älteren, aber es war dennoch gemütlich und man hat alles was man braucht, inklusive Balkon und kleiner Küche. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gründlich und mit viel Liebe gereinigt, auf Wünsche und Fragen wurde vom Gastgeber sofort reagiert. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Fantastic location mere steps from the major tourist areas of central Athens. Although the hotel is semi-self-serve and does not have a 24-hour desk, I found it easy to communicate with hotel staff and they were quick to provide answers to questions and support. Accommodations are simple, but clean, accessible, and convenient. I will stay here again.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Three minutes walk to the beach- both organized sections with umbrellas and non- organized areas.Many good restaurants and bars close by but area around hotel is quiet at night. Grocery store, laundromat, car/atv rental, nail salon, bakery, juice bar, gym and pharmacy all in under 2 minutes walk. The bus stop to other beaches or “downtown” right across the street. It is approximately a 15 minute bus ride to Chora town (main town). Bus tickets for sale at grocery store across the street. Cabs charge 25e to town. The property is very well maintained- very clean, nice pool and pool area. Wonderful very friendly and helpful staff! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you to everyone at Perla- we had an amazing week on Naxos.

We loved our stay here, the host was friendly and welcoming and was happy to help with any ask we had as well as being a good laugh. The room was lovely and the breakfast offering in the morning was a great way to start the day. The property is close to the beach, several restaurants and there is a supermarket across the road. We would happily stay here again.

This is a lovely hotel that is very well managed. It's also in a perfect location across from the grocery store and bus stop, and a very short walk to the beautiful beach. The hotel is architecturally designed with quality features, and my room was large and cleaned daily. What makes this hotel an even more unique gem is the kind and hard working, professional family that runs it--and the wonderful breakfasts! These were an absolute treat, and included home baking. It is true that a hotel really can make a vacation. I couldn't recommend Perla more!

Perfect location just minutes off the beach. On site parking, near everything in Agios Prokopios. Breakfast is adequate with various options to get you started. The hotel is immaculate with a beautiful pool and well appointed rooms. The owner and staff very friendly and helpful, we would definitely return.

Very reasonably priced hotel run by a lovely family. Breakfast was hearty with lots of selection. They were very kind in assuring that my elderly mom and me had separate beds. Rooms and pool area were very clean. Bring your own towel for beach and pool. Beach was an easy stroll. A couple great restaurants within walking distance and plenty of average ones too. You can easily take the KTEL bus (Route 1) from the port and get off at the Gas Station stop in Agios Prokopios. Airport transportation is more challenging though since the Naxos Camping bus stop is 800m walking distance to airport (no sidewalks or shoulder). We asked the owners to call a taxi which was a steep 25 € for a 7 minute ride and driver would only accept cash (eyeroll). Car rental is also possible with parking at the hotel. Kitchen was partially equipped with a handful of plates, cutlery, glassware. No dish rag or dish towel, so cleaning up is interesting. Be aware of mosquitos as it's near a marshy area. Our bathroom window didn't have a screen, so we got bit a few times.

There is a nice pool area although the room had a very musty smell that only went away when the air conditioner was on. The owner and his wife are very gracious and helpful. The location is right behind a beach and by a main road which is convenient.
