The receptionist at check-in was not very kind and attentive to our needs and asks. Others later on were friendlier. The bed and cushions were too soft, there was significant noise in the room from the nearby road as well as from neighboring rooms which forced us to close the window. The water steam at the shower was not strong enough. The beach, infinity pool and Spa were great and both breakfast and dinner were very good.

Food was ok but nothing special. The beach was nice as well as the pool. Service was excellent.

Εξαιρετικό στα πάντα!! Προσωπικό, εγκαταστάσεις, service, δωμάτια άψογα, πισίνες, ποιοτικό φαγητό, τέλειο γυμναστήριο και όλα αυτά σε καλύτερη τιμή από παρακείμενα ξενοδοχεία κατώτερης ποιότητας! Σίγουρα θα ξαναπήγαινα!

Everthing was great

More like a 4 star hotel. Welcome was nice and initially rooms looked nice. However, shower door kept falling off half way through stay. Had to keep asking for complimentary bottled water - should be enough given everyday. Was told had to ask for it before 5pm otherwise you pay. Wide variety of food at buffet, but got monotonous after a few days - recommend eating at local tavernas. The waitresses were very quick to clear plates to the point they'd remove plates you hadn't finished eating. Hotel was extremely quiet over May half term so not many activities for the kids. The gym facilities were excellent.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé, du début jusqu’à la fin. Nous sommes venu dans une période ou l’hôtel est quasi vide se qui laisse le libre choix des prestations proposées. Le personnel est très accueillant, le cadre magnifique, la cuisine étant très variée nous avons pu découvrir diverses spécialités. S’agissant du spa, nous avons pu profiter de tout son environnement, et son grand confort. Hotel fortement recommandable.

Stayed 8 nights with my family. The staff top, superfriendly and good, everyone. The hotel amenities, the room, pool and others are good but not a five star. Also we had a very bad experience with our bathroom. The showers are in a very old style booths, ours was broken and as soon as you used it the entire bathroom got full of water. Now these things happen, it’s how you handle it that matters. We stayed there throughout our entire stay exactly like this, even if this was brought to the staffs attention. No compensation, upgrade or anything was really offered. This makes the experience quite poor in my opinion.

This is a fantastic resort which I would rate among the top 5 in Greece - the gardens are piece of art and the location is great 40 min drive from Thessaloniki. The staff is very well skilled and very polite while the food is also first class.

The best hotel you can imagine in a perfect location

The property is excellent. Everything is done by high standards.We spent great time there. Beach is great and pools especially infinity is gorgeous. The area of the hotel is quite big and nice. Very clean, beautiful and green. The staff working in the hotel were really nice and polite. Wonderful experience here at Pomegranate Wellness Spa hotel. Such a kind and welcoming staff. Peaceful atmosphere and crystal clear sea. Amazing entertainment team . I recommend it to whoever wants to have a nice holiday in Halkidiki and I will definitely be back again at this hotel .

We spent 3 days at the hotel (got an amazing deal w Expedia) and cannot fault the hotel at any level. The staff were incredibly attentive, respectful and friendly, the facilities were great. We Spent a lot of time at the beach where you can get food and drinks served to your lounger overlooking the sea ( what else do you need?!). We also used the beautiful spa and in in the evenings when out for dinner in the nearby villages (it is not very near, car would’ve been helpful but there are plenty of taxis). Breakfast was included and delicious. I Definitely Recommend this hotel.

Hotel magnifique avec personnels et buffets du matin et du soir au top !!!

Etwas irritierent war, dass es sich mitten in Griechenland offenbar um ein russich geführtes Hotel handelt, was sich in der Hauptsprache des Personals und dem Speiseangebot widerspiegelte. Die Gesamtanlage (Hotelgebäude., Außenbereich ((Gartenanlage)), Hotelzimmer), Service, Aufmerksamkeit des Personals, Speisenangebot wurde durchaus dem Anspruch eines 5 Sterne-Hotels gerecht. Der durchgängig überaus positive Gesamteindruck, ohne Abstriche in einem Bereich, wird dazu führen, im kommenden Jahr 2018 erneut einzuchecken. Im Speiserestaurant das Personal, hier mögen Olga, Anastasia stellvertretend auch für die männlichen Kollegen stehen, war lobenswert, aber auch das Personal am Strand und der Zimmerservice hat den Aufenthalt so angenehm gemacht, dass von einem durchgängig tollen Aufenthalt - ohne Abstriche - gesprochen werden kann. Ein völlig unproblematischer Aufenthalt.

Food and house keeping was amazing.

Wir haben Pech mit unsere Junior Suite Nr.110 Sehr schön aber, .ein Motor daneben deshalb haben wir gewünscht ein andere Unterkunft. wir bekamen andere Zimmer aber ab 22Uhr fing an in einem Pavillon fast ofen mit Glas, Musik sehr Laut bis 24 Uhr... Nächsten Tag wechselten das Zimmer war ruhig ,aber ein sehr unangenehm Geruch im Bad .

THE STAFF AND THE SPA ARE THE BEST FEATURES OF THIS HOTEL The rooms are too dark- The children's pool was too small, it should be called a baby pool. I was traveling with a 6,9 and 13 yrs children. I am British and this hotel caters for the Russian market. No English children channels. Good job I brought my computer and the children's iPads. The food was good. - excellent starters and wonderful deserts, disappointing children's menu. chips, spaghetti ,mince and sauce every day but pizza three times in the 16 days... pretty poor really. The hotel was expensive for extras but its Halkidiki........ The beach area is this hotels down fall... it falls into a 3 star resort. overall it is a nice hotel - some parts of it is 5 star the rest between a 3-4 star... I loved the friendly staff but the regular clientele made it an unattractive stay. Recommend - stay at SANI BEACH if you have a family, plenty of direct size pools, a mixture of cultures, although majority of English but of a higher calibre. but book early , like a year in advance if you want a place. Its a little more expensive than here but worth it....

From the booking through to the final day the service at Pomegranate hotel was excellent and professional. The own beach offers space and clean water. Chalkidiki is an attractive location historically and offers lots of interesting villages with good restaurants etc.
