Lovely hotel. Staff, food and service great. Only issue was garden view from balcony looking over onto a wasteland hill.?

Points Positifs : Infrastructures/Buffet varié et plutôt bon (même si parfois il y a des redites, on trouve toujours moyen de se créer son assiette)/ Personnel souriant et à l'écoute/ Personnel d'entretien des chambres dévoué/Chambres propres et spacieuse avec piscine privée top/ De vrai alcool en all inclusive/Piscine centrale spacieuse/Coin Spa permettant une bonne détente/Salle de sport fonctionnelle avec suffisamment d'appareillage/plage très accessible à pied et en sécurité pour les enfants par un tunnel/ Toujours des transat à la plage Points à améliorer : Abord de la piscine glissant/ à 16h glaces avec peu de parfum et snack au bar piscine ( pas de proposition crepes gaufres)/ restaurant Monlight , histoire de gout mais pas apprécié. De plus le restaurant se veut un peu gastro par la cuisine et presentation dans l assiette mais l'ambiance n'est pas en concordance : enchainement rapide des plats, musique non adaptée et beaucoup trop forte, peu de délicatesse dans le débarassage des couverts et retraits des chaises avec beaucoup de bruit Clientèle de l'hôtel peu francaise

Fantastic hotel, had the touches of an adults only but a really lovely family feel. Very clean, lots of atmosphere and high quality aesthetics. Bit of a remote area but nice hotel beach and convenient public transport outside the resort. Food and drinks variety great, a la carte hard too book so do it on arrival.

Thank you to the staff at the Andriana for your hospitality these last 2 days. This was our first ever visit to the hotel and it's down to you for making our stay so memorable. Effective; efficient; friendly; engaging and service always with a smile. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The food offerings were great with endless varieties to choose from. You certainly deserve your 5* status.

Wir haben dieses Hotel 5 Mal besucht. Ich glaube, wir brauchen nicht viele Worte, um zu beschreiben, wie zufrieden wir sind. Das super netten Personal, die Lage, das Essen, die Getränke, jedes Mal, wird eine neue Flasche geöffnet , sei es Wasser, Wein oder ein anderes Getränk ... Keine extra Kosten für die Strandliegen.. und als Stammkunden, die wir sind, ist dies das zweite Mal, dass wir ein Upgrade erhalten haben. Vielen lieben Dank!

Wonderful experience would definitely recommend

This was an immaculate hotel with great facilities and very efficient, friendly staff. The grounds were all well maintained and just a short walk to the beach. The all inclusive meals were good with plenty of choice for all tastes. I would definitely return.

Everything was brilliant except one thing our room was up the hill it was very hard to walk up there

It is really nice resort. I’m really satisfied with food selection, beach is really nice and clean, sea is perfect. Worth every penny…

Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr nett! Essen ist auch sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber! Die Bars und Buffet am Pool sowie am Meer sind lecker und das Personal schnell und sehr freundlich. Alles in einem ist das Hotel Perfekt. Die Animationen sind auch super und die Animateure nicht aufdringlich sondern sehr lustig und freundlich.

I am giving this resort 5 stars as it is indeed a great place. Great food, facilities and entertainment crew. However A couple of things to mention: the pool is 1.5m deep throughout, which makes it for less then enjoyable experience for those of shorter stature. The tile around the pool is super slippery and our kid fell twice, both times hitting his head on day one, after which he was terrified to walk around and wanted to be carried. Bottles/cups/trash around the pool area accumulate and should be picked up more frequently. Despite these couple concerns, we would definitely come back again as the other positives outweigh the few items of concern.
