We stayed in a private Sandy Villa with its own pool, and it was amazing – our son even learned to swim within hours, and swimming at night was magical for the kids. The villa itself was spotless and spacious, and the housekeeping team and buggy drivers were brilliant. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the reception staff, who were very rude. Sadly, the rest of the resort didn’t live up to the same standard. Part of our villa had a strong sewage smell which took four days to “fix”, and even then the problem never fully went away. The food in the main restaurant was average at best, and the dining experience was stressful, with constant noise and crowds. The drinks were another major disappointment – no branded soft drinks, which feels like such a simple fix. The dining areas, pools (other than the Sandy Villas’ pool), and the beach were all overcrowded, with far too many guests for the facilities available. As for the à la carte restaurants – good luck getting a booking! The Sandy Villas themselves are 5-star quality, but being tied to the sister hotel drags the whole experience down. If food and drinks were available on the villa side, we would return in a heartbeat. Until then, it remains a holiday of two halves – 5-star villa, 2-star resort

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel hatte Höhen und Tiefen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist der ausgez eichnete Service. Insbesondere der Zimmerservice und die freundlichen Golfcarfahrer haben uns sehr beeindruckt. Auch die Spezialitätenrestaurants, vor allem das griechische "Ermes Gyro" und das italienische "Il Gusto", waren ein Genuss mit sehr nettem Personal. Der Strand ist ebenfalls hervorragend. ​ Weniger zufrieden waren wir mit der Gastronomie im Hauptrestaurant. Hier war die Qualität des Essens und der Getränke nur mäßig und die Lautstärke sehr hoch. Außerdem fehlte es an den typischen All-inclusive-Snacks wie Gyros, Burger oder Pommes. Eis gab es nur zu den Hauptmahlzeiten im Restaurant, was besonders für Familien enttäuschend sein kann. Unsere Unterkunft in den Sandy Villas war top, mit tollen privaten Pools, aber auch hier fehlten die Snacks im Villen-Bereich. Kurz und auf den Punkt gebracht ​Positiv: ​- Hervorragender Service (Zimmerservice, Golfcarfahrer). - ​Die Spezialitätenrestaurants (Griechisch, Italienisch) sind sehr empfehlenswert und haben nettes Personal. ​- Sehr guter Strand. - ​Tolle Sandy Villas mit privaten Pools. ​Negativ: ​- Essen und Getränke im Hauptrestaurant waren qualitativ nicht gut. ​- Hauptrestaurant ist sehr laut. ​- Keine Snacks wie Gyros, Burger oder Pommes. - Eis gab es nur im Hauptrestaurant zu den Hauptmahlzeiten. ​- Keine Snacks im Bereich der Sandy Villas.

Villa are super good and clean but only food is not good enough for resorts

Pour la restauration, je ne mettrai pas forcément 5 étoiles mais on trouve tout de même de tout, à volonté, les autres prestations sont top, villa avec piscine privée, autres piscines, le personnel, la situation de l’hôtel au calme dans le Sud de Corfou, on y retournera.

Es wurde als nur für Erwachsene angeboten, dies stimmt jedoch nicht.

Great place. Very quiet, chilled and relaxed. Facilities were great and you had access to the livelier sister hotel if needed. We stayed in a private villa. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Was a great stay and would go back again!

We had an amazing holiday here. I never consider returning to the same place as I like a bit of variety but this is the first place I’ve stayed that I genuinely cannot wait to return to. We had a junior sharing pool room which was incredible, you share with 5/6 other rooms and it’s super peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are HUGE with two bathrooms. The food is unreal, we ate at the buffet every lunch and dinner and it was delicious. Loads of healthy options and a different selection every time we went. The beach is a bit of a walk which I enjoy but if you don’t, the golf buggies will happily take you where you need to go. The spa was good too - the ice glow massage was amazing and my partner had a full body massage which he said was good too Most relaxing holiday in paradise Can’t wait to book to come again

Alles war sehr gut. Aber vorallem das freundliche Personal hat uns imponiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The most relaxing holiday. The staff were incredible and couldn't do enough for you. Food there was a huge variety, fresh salads, rice, potato's, chips and a wide variety of different meats. Amazing fresh bread and the icecream was amazing. Lots of choice for free drinks. The hotel was spotless and you could see the staff taking great care of the site. The service really was 5star. Oh and the air conditioning was very effective. Great music entertainment every night by the pool bar with table service for drinks. We are already rebooking for next year. The most relaxing holiday. Top tip get a swim up pool and ask for it in block 4 or 5 so you get the best of the sun.

Wir waren drei Erwachsene direkt zu Saisonbeginn in diesem wunderbaren Hotel. Unsere beste Erholung bisher. Es war Alles ab erstem Öffnungstag vorhanden, von der Essens- und Getränkeauswahl bis zu den geöffneten Pools mit schönen Liegen. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Juniorsuite mit zwei großen Zimmern, direktem Poolzugang und eine Riesenterasse mit Sonnenliegen. Wir werden nächstes Jahr erneut kommen und andere Familienmitglieder auch. Unser größter Dank gehen an Ria und Litsa von der Rezeption die uns immer freundlich begrüßt haben und uns nach dem Wohlbefinden gefragt haben. Noch nie wurden wir in den vielen Urlauben so herzlich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Ria wir werden dich vermissen, wir sehen uns wieder. Die Freundlichkeit wird hier grossgeschrieben, vom Hotelmanager bis zu den restlichen Mitarbeitern. Das Essen und die Getränke sind von hervorragender Qualität. Hier zählt Klasse statt Masse.

Die Betten sind für ein 5 Sterne Hotel unter aller würde. Handtücher wurden teilweise in den Zimmer vergessen und waren zwei mal kaputt.

Vraiment un hôtel 5 étoiles à plus de 300€ la nuit?? On dirait plutôt un hôtel à l'abandon. Le pire c'est qu'il fait partie d'un immense resort alors que ça n'est écrit nul part, donc le adult only vous pouvez l'oublier... Ils disent avoir une salle de sport mais cette dernière est dans un autre hotel. Plage privative? Que nenni puisqu'il n'y a aucune surveillance donc tout le monde s'y installe à sa guise deplus personne ne s'occupe de jeter les détritus et de remettre en ordre les transats (qui je pense on bien vécu et devraient peut être être changés ainsi que les vieilles tables en plastique). Le bar de la plage est dégueulasse, il y a des milliers d'insectes morts sous le comptoir et sur le plafond. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée était une chambre pour les personnes à mobilité réduite avec une salle de bain digne des plus mauvais Airbnb, le mobilier est dans un état déplorable (abat jour de lampe de chevet, parasol et transats très très sales, moisissures sur l'échelle pour descendre dans la piscine,...). Nous sommes allés nous plaindre à la réception et là on s'est vite rendus compte qu'ils n'en avaient rien à faire. La solution ? On vous change le parasol et les transats!! Inutile de vous dire que niveau respect on est à un niveau rarement atteint. En posant quelques affaires sur une table je me suis aperçue qu'elle était crasseuse, nous sommes retournés à la réception pour parler au directeur qui ne s'est même pas déplacé.. sur Google avec photos
