This is a little gem of a property. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, comfy and tastefully furnished. It was spotless with some lovely little touches made it feel special. The staff were welcoming and more than helpful. Perfect location, a few steps from the beach with views of the islands. This is a such a peaceful retreat and I would definitely recommend a stay.

Very beautiful place, and kindly personal, clean room. We will see again next year.

That was a great stay. The area is calm and there is a beach for just in front of the villas which is quite convenient for families. The room had everything and I just want to stress the excellent front-desk person who helped us a lot as well as the cleaning service. One major issue we had was that while booking there was no mention that the villa was shared with others. Indeed there was a door separating the bottom floor with the upper floor of the the villa. We realized that after the second day when very noisy people arrived. This was not announced to us beforehand which I find very unprofessional. I am not giving a perfect score for this reason.

The location is ideal for exploring the area and welcoming to come back to relax. The villa is exceptionally well looked after and the facilities first rate. There is a lovely beach within minutes and everything you may need is close at hand by car. The jewel in the crown is Antigone, the resort manager, who is also the perfect host, looking after not only the essential requirements but helping with any requests and mishaps that came along. Overall a charming resort, reflecting the person running it.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit mehreren Villen. Wir waren für eine Woche in der grossen Villa. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, gute Aufteilung und alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Es wird täglich gereinigt. Der Service war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Die Managerin Antigone war immer sehr hilfsbereit und erreichbar. Wir haben von Ihr gute Tips für Restaurants und Ausflüge erhalten. Die Anlage liegt in einer sehr schönen Bucht, meistens Kiesstrand, aber es gibt auch einen Abschnitt mit Sand. Sehr schön zum schwimmen, leider nur wenige Fische, daher nicht zum Schnorcheln geeignet. Anfang Juli war der Strand noch nicht voll. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es nicht viel, daher ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen.

Beautiful location, very clean and nice room and wonderful views. And the owner was the nicest. She was very helpful and made sure we had the best time. Strongly recommend :)

The villa was a stunning and outstanding experience. On the door step of Agia Paraskevi Beach, yet very private and quiet. The caring and very attentive hospitality of Maria and Anna was first class. It was great to meet the proprietors, Sophie and Christos. Very friendly and passionate about quality; which is reflected in all aspects of Sivota Seascape. The orange cake, portokalopita (I hope I got that right), was amazing ! We definitely will be coming back. Highly recommended!

Kunde inte blivit bättre. Hotellet, personalen, restaurangen vid stranden, stranden och den alldeles egna ön man kunde simma ut till. Dream place and were defiantly going back!

The entire experience was great especially if you are looking for remote location with great amenities. The rooms are immaculate, the host, Maria was the best host we’ve ever had and the villa was beautiful and comfortable. It was quiet and anything we needed was provided to us at all times. We rented the villa with a private pool, one bedroom and a living room with kitchenette and it was fully stocked, and perfect for our 4 day stay. Every time we left the room for a king period of time they brought us fresh towels and made beds and cleaned our rooms. the location offers several food choices near by and a beach 50 ft away with paddle board and small boat rentals to snorkel spots that were awesome. Maria helped set up an excursion and provided us with all the information we needed about downtown, taxis and all things Sivota. She has a big heart is a big reason we are going back next year. Exceptional attention to detail and marvellous location. The lovely Agia Paraskevi beach is a short walk down the driveway. The onsite manager is professional, friendly and attentative. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend the Sivota Seascape. We look forward to our next stay.
