Beautiful well kept hotel in a great location. The service and staff is what makes this hotel so good, along with the fantastic cocktails and food.

Great hotel, Greek standard 4* in main building. Lovely pool and surrounding area. Nice breakfast, plenty of choice. Location great for bus stop number 5. Staff were excellent, friendly & helpful. Really enjoyed my stay.

Avaton is a lovely small hotel about 20-25 minutes walk outside of Skiathos. Very convenient for bus stop and travel around the island. Clean hotel rooms With small bathroom. Good buffet breakfast.

This is a great little horel with a lovely bar and restaurant and nice the pool. We had the cheapest room but it had a little sitting area outside which was great.

Flight cancelled from Manchester and the hotel was spectacular in being as unhelpful as possible. I know it said non refundable but every other part of my trip from Airbnb to car hire, ferry company, car parking at Manchester where fantastic in moving dates and bookings. The hotel though, simply said bad luck and not our fault, no refunds and no offer of alternative dates.

Pleasant hotel on outskirts Skiathos town. Friendly staff and nice terrace area for breakfast. Pool was smaller than had appeared in photos but was nicely styled. Breakfast was ok. Helpful location near bus stop 5

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage: In 5 Gehminuten ist man am Megali Ammos Strand, in etwa 15 min in Skiathos Stadt. Das Zimmer ist in Ordnung, das Bad ist recht klein für zwei Personen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab eine riesige Auswahl an frischem Gebäck. Auch die Bar und das Restaurant sind empfehlenswert. Der Pool-Bereich ist schön, oft waren die Liegen aber schon früh belegt oder reserviert. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Lovely stay at this hotel before travelling to nearby airport. Clean, quiet and relaxing.

Wir waren sehr glücklich mit dem gesamten Hotel. Die Räume waren sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und lecker. Wir waren auch sehr positiv davon überrascht, wie nahe der Strand Megali Ammos liegt - man erreicht diesen in höchstens 5 Minuten. Aber das Beste am Skiathos Avaton Hotel ist definitiv der Service - sei es bei der Buchung eines Rollers, Bootsausflugs oder Tips für Strände - das Personal half einem dabei wirklich sehr weiter.

Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν τέλεια, όλο το προσωπικό πρόθυμο να εξυπηρέτηση. Το δωμάτιο ήταν οκ, στο εστιατόρια είχε υπέροχα κρασιά αλλά η πίτσα ήταν μέτρια.

Sadly we booked here for two nights on the 8th July, before we were due to go on a sailing trip. We booked a non-refundable room before the covid pandemic in good faith and were looking forward to the trip for a friends 40th birthday. However due to the pandemic our flights were cancelled to Skiathos at least a month before, meaning we couldn't get there. I contacted e-bookers, who contacted the hotel on our behalf, and the hotel said as it was too far out and things may change and to get in contact around 10 days prior to our stay. In the meantime Greece wasn't allowing any UK citizens into Greece until at least July 15th due to the UK high covid rates. So even if our flights could get us there the Greek authorities weren't allowing us there. We had no choice and couldn't get to or use the accommodation I had paid for. Myself and ebookers tried the hotel again 10 days prior to the stay.The hotel would not offer either a refund or the opportunity to use this accommodation at a later date. We will be taking the sailing trip next year and will need accommodation in Skiathos again. All I had wanted in good faith was the opportunity to use later. Also our 6 other friends who hadn't booked their stay yet were going to book at Skiathos Avaton but won't either. If only they had allowed us to use this accommodation later it would have resulted in 6 more bookings also. They have my money and we didn't get to stay through absolutely no choice of our own. Very disappointing!

Completely renowated hotel as the owner of the hotel has changed. Everything is clean and atmosphere is wonderful. Staff super nice and very helpful. Pool and the restaurant are beautiful and the restaurant is not over priced serving nice snacks and dinner. Breakfast is amazing!! Rooms nicely renowated with everything you need. From the balconies on pool side nice views. Short walk to the beach and city within the walking distance. Took about 15-20 minutes to slowly walk to old harbour. Hotel is in the quiet area and everything is peaceful and made the relaxing easy and nice. Some nice tavernas nearby if you dont want to walk to city every night as well. Staff helped us with all we ever came up with and arranged private car and driver with a very good price. Atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. We absolutely loved our stay.

Best choice and value for money. Amazing hotel, excellent staff, incredible scenery and view(like an oasis). New beds, clean sheets, pillows and generally the room was awesome. For 3 stars is the best in its category. From the time we got there until we left the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Not big but Nice pool.Clean and tidy hotel. The location is very good because is very near the Skiathos town and also its gives y a way out to the beaches with out getting in the traffic. Better for couples... Very good Breakfast.
