This hotel is in a perfect location directly on the sea shore. That is only good thing I can say. We arrived at 14.30 and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive on reception to be told the room was not ready and to go away for an hour. When we returned we were showed our room on the ground floor which we booked as a family room with a sea view and it looked at the carpark. There were 2 twin beds pushed together and no extra beds in the room. The mattresses were as hard as boards and very uncomfortable. When we went into the bathroom we were stunned as there was no hot water and only a trickle of cold water. Impossible to shower but no shower gel, shampoo or soap. I the evening we decided to eat at the hotel as it advertised fresh fish but no fish so settled for pork steak and lamb chops both served with no salad garnish or any finesse at all. The next morning at check out we told the receptionist who again had to be found of our dissatisfaction and she replied that they knew if the rooms problems last October I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

La famiglia che tiene il posto è stata straordinariamente gentile. Io ho anche avuto diversi problemi con la macchina e hanno fatto di tutto per aiutarmi con uno spirito che era più simile all’amicizia che all’essere i nostri ospiti. Inoltre menzione speciale per le ottime colazioni e pranzi nel ristorante dell’albergo. La struttura è letteralmente a dieci metri dall’acqua e merita la fermata. Grazie ancora!

Die Lage direkt am Meer mit dazugehörenden Schirmen und Liegen war optimal - das Zimmer dem Standard entsprechend in Ordnung - Strand ist allerdings seeeehr schmal, uns hat das nicht gestört - das Frühstück ist nur als MICKRIG zu bezeichnen und das Schlimmste, täglich wenig und ALTES Brot - nur auf Aufforderung bekam man z.B. ein Ei oder Joghurt

Fantastic and clean hotel !!!!

What an incredible location. It was right on the crystal clear turquoise water on a smooth rock beach. So no sticky sand on body or shoes. Owners couldn’t have been better. They were all kind and considerate. The owner is also a chef and made us the buffet breakfasts as well as dinner. We were brought into the kitchen to choose our fish for grilling.their local red wine deserves a taste. Delicious! All was sparkling clean and in good shape. Refrigerator in room was handy. Can’t really say anything but wonderful things about our hosts. Would highly recommend. If ever in that part of Greece, we will gladly stay at the Sunset. We give it 10 stars.

Personnel au petit soin, accueil très agréable. Chambre spacieuse avec 2 chambres : 1 pour les enfants et 1 pour les adultes. Vue sur mer avec beau balcon. Douche un peu vieillotte mais spacieuse également. Climatisation dans les 2 chambres mais bruyante. Petit déjeuner correct. Nous avons trouvé le rapport qualité prix du restaurant très médiocre : plats sans saveur et assimilés à de la cuisine de cantine.

Hosts were so friendly and hotel was clean and nice with a beach view. Beach is just a few steps beyond the hotel and the kids loved the snorkeling.

Une étape agréable ! Un confort correct , une situation en bord de plage .

Very nice place right on the beach. However a bit farther from Naufpio than expected.

La commune balnéaire de Xiripigado est très vide hors saison (octobre nous concernant). Un peu déroutant d'être les seuls touristes ! En recherche de tranquillité, vous serez ravis. Chambres propres avec balcon sur mer, assez impersonnelles toutefois. La patronne est très accueillante (à l'image des grecs d'ailleurs). Possibilité de manger sur place et autres restaurants à proximité. Nous avons assisté à un lever de lune superbe dans la baie. Mer chaude et calme, plage de galets.

Nice, small hotel, quite and on the beach.

Stay was great. The owner is there 24/7 and was really really nice. Hotel is very well maintained. The room was very comfortable. The location is great.Basically right on the beach,, what more can I say? We had a view which was nothing short of fantastic. Loved waking up every day to the sunrises.

What a disappointment. The room was very out of date - No Tea/Coffee facilities as advertised, the room size was certainly not 25m square, the door to a cupboard housing the fridge was hanging by one hinge, the TV was a tiny old 12" not the plasma as advertised. The shower waste had a big plug of matted hair, the sink had dried on toothpaste, the toilet had a build-up of brown lime scale, the floor tiles were cracked, paint on door and ceiling was pealing, dust on top of TV, mirror and the balcony had rust stains on the floor from the table. The air conditioner worked and the view was great. The beach in front had enough room for a sunbed and was stony which would have been OK but a tribe of kids screaming most of the time (Obviously not the hotels fault) but being woken by these same kids when trying to have a siesta, with slamming bedroom doors and screaming. Third day the hotel held a wedding, we were out and about but on our return had to park 500m away, getting back to hotel our key was nowhere to be seen it had disappeared from the tray on the front desk, anyone could have taken it. They were very concerned and gave us another room, no master key/had to break into our room. Thankfully none of our stuff had been taken including my wife's medicine. The hotel put us into another room which was completely different and had been refurbished (no tea/coffee facilities) but was certainly larger, lovely and clean a complete contrast.

Un hotel en un sitio encantador. Pasamos dos noches,en nuestro circuito del peloponeso. Y nos encantó el lugar, y la zona. La playa, aunque de piedras, estupenda, justo delante del hotel. La habitación era cómoda y estaba limpia. El desayuno básico, como todos los de la zona.

A very nice and quiet location and short drive to Paralio Astros a very guaint waterfront town. Pleasant and friendly hosts make you feel at home. The facility is clean and the room was a good size, the only disappointment was the comfort of the bed. The mattress was hard and we could feel the springs.
