サンセット パラダイス

Wir haben nicht viel erwartet und wurden dennoch enttäuscht. Das Hotel ist recht einfach und rustikal ausgestattet. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Meerblick bekommen. Das Badezimmer hatte einen sehr unangenehm Geruch, der zum Ende unseres Aufenthalts auch in die Kleidung und die Handtücher eingezogen ist. Wir haben in der Hotelanlage des öfteren Kakerlaken gesehen, und sogar eine tote Kakerlake unter unserem Bett gehabt. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist nicht groß und die Cocktails an der Poolbar nicht gut...

War alles okay

George was great checking us in, friendly and knowledgeable. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The bartender at the pool bar was friendly and personable. Haven't had the breakfast yet, but the dining room looks great!

La camera, ricavata in una dependance, risulta trascurata e rumorosa perché ha la porta di comunicazione con la camera adiacente e non è ben curata l’insonorizzazione.

Je ne recommande pas ce logement car nous sommes très loin des photos. En effet, nous nous attendions à un hôtel avec de belles prestations. Or cela n’était pas le cas. Les chambres sont moyennes. La piscine était très très sale. Ne vous fiez pas aux apparences. Le parking pourrait être refait. La sono en mode Ibiza le soir jusqu’à 2h pourquoi pas mais pas pour 5 personnes… Ça ne vaut pas du tout un 4 étoiles mais plutôt 2/3 pas plus !

The staff was very nice but could not do much to alleviate any of the problems. The room was very small with no space to put your belongings. The balcony door would not lock. The only towel bar in the bathroom broke as soon as I tried to hang a towel. Trying to find the hotel was a nightmare because it is not called Adele Resort it’s called Adele Paradise Resort. The air conditioner could not be controlled and we had to sleep with the sheets over our heads. It’s a 10 minute descent and then climb to go to the beach. Breakfast was typical for Greece. We left after the first night.

Les équipements sont rudimentaires : la salle de bain mériterait d'être rafraichie. Il n'y a qu'un rideau de bain qui ne va pas jusqu'au sol donc après chaque douche la pièce est "inondée" et il n'y avait rien pour racler l'eau. Le support de la paume de douche était cassée. Il n'y a aucun meuble ou tablette pour poser ses affaires de toilette. La chambre était propre mais il n'y a qu'une armoire avec seulement de la penderie. Pas d'étagères pour y ranger les vêtements. Point positif : le frigo dans la chambre avec 2 petites bouteilles d'eau. Pour la partie restauration, le buffet est assez restreint et ressemble plus à de la cuisine de "cantine" qu'à celle d'un restaurant-hôtel. Peu de sucré pour le petit déjeuner. La propreté du distributeur de boissons laisse à désirer (moisissures au niveau des buses). Gros point négatif : la piscine qui était verte et trouble. Absence de filtration. Nous ne nous y sommes pas baignés! Personnel peu avenant sauf George à l'accueil qui était très sympathique, souriant... Déçu du séjour dans cet hôtel qui ne mérite pas 4 étoiles malgré son bon emplacement

Too far

Expected more and better in a four-star hotel. The first room we got had very thin doors so we heard everything in the room and light from the hall was showing inside the room. The aircondition was old and made so many noises. The shower was not good. The pool was so dirty/muddy that we couldn’t see the bottom, not clear water. It was breakfast buffet, but so many things was filled with liquid, ex: scrambled eggs. One day the cleaningladies forgot to close our door so it stood completely open so other could enter, im glad nothing was stolen in that time.. After complaining at reception everyday we got a new room two days before departure, luckily it was a better room so we got two good nights. This was not a four-star hotel, more two-star. We been to better four and three-star hotel.

Poolen var beskidt. Værelset var kun overfladisk rengjort. Køleskabet bar præg af at ikke have været rengjort i lang tid med mug på kanterne. og på ingen måder et 4 personers værelse. Hotellet er ratet som 4 stjernet hvilket er ubegribeligt. Det skulle højest have haft 2. Vi forlod hotellet efter 2 overnatninger.

great service and comfortable rooms. The buffet was the best. Breakfast and dinner very delicious. The bathrooms need to be renewed. Some of the accessories are very old and not in the best condition. But price wise it was perfect.
