I have to say our recent stay was disappointing, especially considering the price point. For how expensive the hotel was, the amenities were extremely lacking. The food quality in particular stood out, in a bad way. The ceviche was just the fish with seasoning on top, just poor presentation and flavor, it was more like sushi negri. The fruit oddly tasted like meat, and the pizza was very bland, far from what you’d expect from a resort of this level. Another letdown was the wellness services. The hotel advertises massage and spa options, but there’s no actual on-site service, it’s all through a third party. That really took away from the convenience we were expecting. On the positive side, the room itself was clean, but the outdoor bedding near the pool was not up to standard. Overall, the experience didn’t match the photos and descriptions online. It simply wasn’t what we were looking for, and for the cost, it fell far short of expectations.

Wonderful experience during our stay at Mykonos. Wonderful staff that was very friendly and helpful in all aspects of our day. Helping make our stay even more memorable.

Amazing staff!!!

I’ll start off by saying that the staff here is absolutely amazing and super accommodating. The issues i have were more so related to the property and what they provide for the amount they charge. We paid $1000/night for a room that had no snack bar included, no inclusive shuttle to town, no gym, no spa, and there were so many bugs in our room. Theres was also a drain hole right in front of our room door, so the room smelt horrible. We did spend only 1 night here thankfully and shifted to cavo tagoo which is the best place to stay in mykonos. Fyi Cavo tagoo and tagoo black have no relation to one another, completely different hotels.

For as expensive as it is. It’s not worth it. There are many more better options around the area. Our room had a smell, no cold water, definitely disappointed.

It almost paradice for me.

Tagoo black is the perfect location to enjoy the heart of Mykonos and not comprise on quality. Views of the sunset are amazing!

Do not stay here. It is so overpriced. They have AC issues and do not disclose it before your stay.
