Great reception , two day turnaround for towels not the best especially in summer . Parking a big problem , the hotel does not have on site and street parking could be streets away .

to av resepsjonistene var serviceminded. Det var fint. Trange rom, lite oppbevaringsplass, dårlig oppfølging av hva som vi trodde skulle være utstyr på rommet. Man fikk enten et rom der det var skygge hele dagen eller sol hele dagen. Bassenget lå i skyggen. Ved bassenget var det ingen stoler/bord, men noen skitne Saccosekklignende saker som bar preg av å være gamle og hjemmelaget. På den positivesiden var det gode håndklær, det var bra frokost og godt trykk på vannet.

Breakfast was nice. Easy parking. Be aware! We were stung in the neck, arm and thigh by a bed bug. Should wear pajamas with long sleeves and long pants

Bell hotel Super sorridenti e gentili la ragazza e signora all ingresso. Parcheggio su strada 4 posti, pochi in alta stagione. Piscina davvero piccola e sempre in ombra. 10 minuti a piedi dal mare e dal centro

Loved our stay here!!! It was in such a great location, amazing breakfast, walkable to everything and rooms were cozy and clean! Staff is so so friendly and helpful, really can’t say enough great things, would stay again.

This hotel is the perfect place for couples young and not so young,it's spotlessly clean, a warm welcome every time you enter by a lovely lady who has time to have a conversation.The breakfast is worth setting you up for the day really fantastic.Irenei who is responsible for organising the breakfast, also reception, organising taxis, is a wonderful young lady very competent snd super friendly personality. We had a fabulous holiday and woulc have no hesitation in recommending this gem of an hotel.

Hôtel au calme à 10 mn a pied du centre, avec sa vie animée. Petite structure de 16 chambres sur 4 etages. Moderne et propre. Personnel aux petits soins. Très bonne ambiance. Bon petit-déjeuner buffet pour 10 euros Quelques places de stationnement devant l'hotel. Un super séjour !

Bra lokasjon, lite rom med balkong inn mot basseng i bakgård. Det finnes suite med bedre utsikt mot byen som er noe å vurdere. Vennlig og renslig hotellansatte, anbefaler hotellet om man vil bo sentralt. Frokost var noe for smått for 10euro per person, samboer og jeg kjøpte like billig frokost ute på restaurant alle dager

Staff very helpful and kind hotel was a very pleasant room was excellent shower was great location for beach and the old town are ideal would definitely stay here again. Thanks to all the staff for making are stay so very welcoming.

The best hotel ever. The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful. They were so patient and understanding. The location is perfect. Just a 15-20 min walk to the old town. Literally at 12 min walk to the beach and all the bars, restaurants and clubs. The best staff and the best location. It was clean and the pool was lovely. Thank you, we love and miss you.

Property owner and staff were super friendly,accommodating.Willing to provide a list of places to see and do.You are minutes to the main Center and the old city.There is a supermarket for your convenience should it be needed.The hotel is fairly new, clean and parking is available.Our first visit to Crete and Rethymno is a fantastic town.Lots to see,eat,and drink.I would re visit and check into this establishment again.Thank you to the staff of The City Hotel and Suites.Travellers from Canada.

Lovely quiet modern hotel. Staff excellent and friendly Pool superb, but surrounding buildings compromise full sun. Walking distance to waterfront beaches and restaurants and Old Town.

Amazing hotel in the city centre of Rethymno! New and fresh design, excellent rooms, nice seating areas at the pool and lobby, impeccable cleaning - and first and foremost: Such a nice hospitality! We truly felt like they were happy to see us every day, always big smiles and excellent service to any requests we had. Special shoutout to the wonderful Eleni who we really felt became a friend through our stay! We will definitely be back:)

From the very start till the time we checked out, the staff were very welcoming and attentive to our needs. The hotel was of high quality and the rooms were modern and spacious. The pool was an added bonus. The hotels location is within 5 mins walk to the restaurants and bars and only a 10 min walk to the beach. Overall we had the perfect stay and will 100% be re-visiting in the future.
