Godt! Især til prisen. Morgenmad var okay, men meget standard.

L’hôtel est bien situé, propre et les prestations sont de qualité. Le personnel est accueillant et chaleureux. Les piscines de l’hôtel sont de belle taille et bien entretenues. La proximité de la mer est un réel avantage. La chambre était propre et spacieuse, dommage en revanche qu’il n’y ai pas de prise de chaque côté du lit. Nous avions prit la demi pension et que cela soit le petit déjeuner ou le dîner tout était très bon. En revanche il est dommage que toutes les boissons y compris l’eau soient payantes même en formule demi pension et que la seule option gratuite soit des petits verre d’eau qu’il faut très régulièrement demander et redemander au personnel étant donné qu’il n’y a pas de fontaine à eau ou carafe à disposition Concernant le stationnement, il est facile de trouver des places gratuites dans la rue aux alentours de l’hôtel En résumé un très bon hôtel avec des belles prestations mais avec quelques points à améliorer !

Nice service, good food and really nice hotel

Muy buen hotel playero, a unos 150 m de la playa (3ª Linea). Con muchos servicios y recientemente renovado. El desayuno Buffet es excelente y el personal atento y eficaz. Tuvimos un par de incidencias con la habitación pero nos las resolvieron rápidamente y nos cambiaron a otra mejor ubicada.

Frühstücksbuffet war sehr eintönig, lieblos, für Massen konzipiert, qualitativ nicht sehr hochwertig, Bei der Größe des Hotels und Nähe zum Strand würde man erwarten, dass das Hotel über einen eigenen Strandbereich mit Liegen verfügt.

Nice place but old furniture in rooms. Giving me soviet area vibes. Staff was friendly, nice and accommodating. The area around is not the nicest but the old city is not that far away.

Der Geburtstagskuchen war eine nette Überraschung.

Wonderful location an facilities. Staff was awesome! Only downside is the let locals access the pools and take up a lt of chairs at both pools limiting access for guests that stay there.

Hyggelig betjening, stor terasse, god og variert mat, sentralt til byen. Flott bassengområde. Dette er ca våres 13 opphold på dette hotellet og vi kommer gjerne igjen.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Booked the maisonette for a family of 4 which was perfect. Rooms were good size, breakfast buffet had a great selection, pools were nice. Gym could be improved as well as an omelet station at breakfast! Overall great value and convenient location-10-15 min walk to Old Town. Beach just down the street on from of he property. Would recommend!

The members of staff were amazing, some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Great people, great food and the room was perfect. I’d definitely give more stars if possible and will of course be back when I’m next in Crete. They looked after us well, more than expected. 11/10

I stayed at Theartemis Palace for two nights during a longer trip to Crete and found it to be an excellent base for exploring Rethymno. The hotel is well-located, just a short walk from the charming old town, making it easy to enjoy the area's rich history and vibrant atmosphere. The property itself is stylish, well-maintained, and offered a high standard of comfort throughout my stay. Overall, a pleasant and convenient choice for anyone visiting this part of Crete.

Nice hotel with a swimming pool, very close to the beach, and within a nice 15 minutes walk to the old town. Breakfast was excellent.

We stayed here for about 4 nights and everything went well. There are two sections of the palace...one where the hotel reception is connected to and the other is a stand along building across the street. We've read online that one of the sections was the "newer" renovated one and I think that was the section with the hotel reception. We stayed in other section across the street and it was fine. It doesn't look so outdated that you can tell/feel it's vastly different. Every night, there is some type of special music or performance by the pool. That was a nice touch and appreciated. Everyone is very friendly as well. We opted for the daily parking of 8 euros and that came in pretty handy. There can be street parking but it is limited and you will have to drive around the side streets for one.
