Bei der Größe des Hotels und Nähe zum Strand würde man erwarten, dass das Hotel über einen eigenen Strandbereich mit Liegen verfügt.

Nice place but old furniture in rooms. Giving me soviet area vibes. Staff was friendly, nice and accommodating.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Booked the maisonette for a family of 4 which was perfect. Rooms were good size, breakfast buffet had a great selection, pools were nice. Gym could be improved as well as an omelet station at breakfast! Overall great value and convenient location-10-15 min walk to Old Town. Beach just down the street on from of he property. Would recommend!

The members of staff were amazing, some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Great people, great food and the room was perfect. I’d definitely give more stars if possible and will of course be back when I’m next in Crete.
They looked after us well, more than expected.

I stayed at Theartemis Palace for two nights during a longer trip to Crete and found it to be an excellent base for exploring Rethymno. The hotel is well-located, just a short walk from the charming old town, making it easy to enjoy the area's rich history and vibrant atmosphere. The property itself is stylish, well-maintained, and offered a high standard of comfort throughout my stay. Overall, a pleasant and convenient choice for anyone visiting this part of Crete.

We stayed here for about 4 nights and everything went well. There are two sections of the palace...one where the hotel reception is connected to and the other is a stand along building across the street.
We've read online that one of the sections was the "newer" renovated one and I think that was the section with the hotel reception. We stayed in other section across the street and it was fine. It doesn't look so outdated that you can tell/feel it's vastly different.
Every night, there is some type of special music or performance by the pool. That was a nice touch and appreciated. Everyone is very friendly as well.
We opted for the daily parking of 8 euros and that came in pretty handy. There can be street parking but it is limited and you will have to drive around the side streets for one.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit toller Lage, nur ein paar Minuten zum Strand, viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, hat drei tolle Pools, das Buffet am Morgen und Abend war sehr groß, vielfältig und lecker, das Personal war sehr freundlich und sympathisch, Zimmer waren sauber und Bad war renoviert, wir waren im Nebengebäude untergebracht, hier werden die Zimmer nach und nach renoviert, unser Zimmer war bis auf das Bad noch älter aber dafür sehr groß, Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten: im Bad neben der Dusche ist am Boden ein Abfluss, solange der Mistkübel darauf steht passt alles, wird er nachdem die Reinigungskraft im Zimmer war verschoben und steht nicht mehr direkt darauf, dann hat es im ganzen Zimmer nach Kanal gerochen

Wir waren im Trakt gegenüber. Die Zimmer waren schon abgewohnt und die Tür zum Gang sehr hellhörig. Am morgen begannen schon auf der Stasse die Müllabfuhr was auch nicht zu einem guten schlaf beitrug.
Die betten waren schon sehr durchgelegen.
