Man schaut vom Balkon des Zimmers und "fällt" ins Meer. Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel in der Nähe Delphis mit leckerem Frühstück hätte zum Verweilen eingeladen. Leider hatten wir nur 1 Nacht gebucht.

Estuvimos en una habitacion con vista al mar con balcon con mesa y dos sillas. Habitacion justa en tamaño pero muy limpia. Muy buena atencion del personal y muy buen desayuno. Cerca del centro a solo 800 metros 10 minutos a pie. Posee Parking sin costo adicional. Enfrente de la misma playa solo 10 metros saliendo del hotel dispone de reposeras y sombrillas sin cargo

Hotel was clean. The morning staff was not friendly at all I stay one night to visit Dalphi.

Great location. Walking distance to great restaurants Friendly staff. Rooms w balcony had a great view. Would love to come back another time.

Great location on one of the beaches in Itea. But you just have to consider your location and the facilities around it. Hotel staff was not overly friendly but would respond to needs as asked

Nice rooms that are a little on the basic side and clean. What really sets this hotel apart is its location right on the beach. Overall the hotel is fresh, welcoming and comfortable. Breakfast could be better though.

Excellent location! Itea is really a nice town. This hotel is right by the beach. Our room was facing the seaside that made it pleasant to sit on the balcony late at night and chat with friends.

Stayed here just for the night as a transition to visiting relatives. It was clean, close to shops and transport

3stars hotel just at the beach in a calm area, with all comfort and services that you can expect, at a fair price!

Bon accueil. Établissement récent ou rénové. Chambres confortables et propres. Petit déjeuner correct. Le restaurant est un peu décevant. Il vaut mieux aller en ville, 15 mn à pieds.

The hotel was acceptable and the service was very nice when we checked in. Everything was just fine until we went to take showers in the morning. There was no hot water whatsoever!!! Not even like warm, freezing cold! There were four of us; two adults and two small children. We simply couldn't take showers. When we informed the desk the receptionist said that the night supervisor failed to turn on the hot water in our part of the building. We asked that they allow us access to another room in the part with hot water in order to take a shower and the receptionist said she didn't have authority to allow us to "mess up" another room. I told her I wanted to speak to the supervisor and she said that I couldn't. I demanded a partial refund and she finally called the manager but he refused to do anything. I told her that I planned to call AMEX to dispute the charge and that I would place bad reviews but she said I was free to do it. Therefore, that is what so have done. This is not a cheap hotel for the area, especially considering that it is off season. We had every reason to expect better. A hot shower in winter is mandatory, not an option. Avoid this place because clearly they don't care about their customers.

Breakfast was amazing.

2 Nächte um Delfi zu besichtigen und gleichzeitig am Stand zu sein. Sicher vorteilhaft im Vergleich zum Uebernachten in Delfi. Das essen im Dorf (Strandprommenade) ist gut.

This stay would have been perfect if there had not been such loud music coming from the bar for extended hours. Usually afternoon is siesta time in Greece, but even with ear plugs, it was hard to relax in our room with the volume of music. I asked about it and was told it was just that day a special event and would only last another hour. But it lasted another three hours and was repeated for not quite as long the next day. I think the hotel needs to decide if it's a hotel or a bar with loud music. Otherwise everything was great. Staff is very friendly and tries to help. Breakfast buffet is simple but tasty.
