I had an enjoyable stay! The staff was very attentive, pleasant, and helpful. Big shoutout to the front desk staff who took very could care of me by offering solutions, recommendations, directions, etc. I called several times and they promptly and pleasantly responded each and every time. Also, housekeeping did an outstanding job each day and quickly at that. Very clean property. Dodgy dock Wednesday night was so much fun! I wish they offered the same experience more than once a week. Suggestions: 1.) Add hooks in the bathroom to hang clothing and towels. 2.) Add a shelf under or beside the bathroom sink to store tolietry bags and products. The counter space wasn’t nearly enough 3.) Spray the room for mosquitoes before check-in. I had quite a few and got bitten a lot before calling to have it managed.

Everything was perfect. The room was very clean and staff courteous!

Good choices of food,4 pools to choose from, free bus shuttles to the beach. Friendly staff. On site spa. Excellent choice to stay in this resort.

The first time we stayed everything was excellent, this time not so much The room was ready until much later than check in time and then we were given different than reserved. The front .

Staff not courteous. Had 2 twin size bed but was told I’ll be getting king size. The food was terrible and customer service lacking. We waited 1.5 hrs to get an order of chicken and fries. They served other customers who arrived after us ahead of us and there was no explanation why. I will not return.

The breakfasts was great, not to many options but satisfactory. I enjoyed the live band session.

yes the room was in very good condition however some staff was normt courteous especially in the dinning room. The at the pool bar Joel was very professionaland helpful

The hot tub jets do not work. The front desk said they knew , but didn’t mention it. The room overall was very large and nice. The biggest issue is the “street food” night at the restaurant on Wednesday nights. This is primarily open to the public. The music was so loud and with so much bass it shook the windows in our room. The music played like that until 0100!!(1 AM) We are not old folks who don’t like to party, but that is a little excessive . Especially with an island where the sunsets at 5:30 and you would like to have a full day without sleeping in . We

Clean room, excellent staff, wonderful street food festival with an amazing live band .. the energy of this space is spectacular.. worth a stay

The front desk staff and housekeeping are great. Bartender at the bar shop was not attentive. Always on his phone, didn't even look up. I had to get his attention. The hotel is clean and vibrant. The food was good. General manager is great.

Stairs to second floor rooms were unlit at night. Pools were unlit at night.

The room was very clean, the staff was so accommodating. The breakfast had such a wide variety of food and plenty of fresh assorted juices daily.

I've stayed many times at True Blue and as usual the staff are very warm, friendly and accommodating. Wednesday night Street Food was fab- and I was surprised to see the PM of Grenada in attendance! Loved the steel pan music too on Tuesday night. Though breakfast was nice-it would have been good to have a varied menu each day-or after a few days- instead of the same oh, same oh every morning.....except for the lovely local teas-which varied every morning. Thanks for the Cinnamon teas and the local Cocoa/Hot chocolate. I was extremely grateful when staff graciously accommodated me and made some hot chocholate without sugar- to meet my personal preference.

Staff at the Front desk were very helpful. Overall, the time spent was good, however, the VIP benefit was not received.
