It is what you expect with that price. The place is always clean, good service, and good breakfast. The place is in front of Capuchinas Church, it was perfect bc we had an event there. Downside; No parking lot and small bathrooms, but I know it’s not allowed to new constructions in Antigua, so it is what it is. In general is a good option

The staff had a lack of charisma, unwilling to help and wanted to charge us more than we needed to. This place only allows one key holder per room in order to enter through the gate and into your room. So My father had to spend a night outside in the gate because he didn’t have the key and there was no staff available at the door. He was expecting staff to be there at night. In addition, We had asked for a king bed. Instead we got two twin beds squished together. The place wasn’t very clean, the tile floor was dirty. Really disappointed, we expected more from a place with almost five stars.

This hotel is very well located. The parking is not included and its almost a block away. The room and bathroom were clean and it included continental breakfast. The yard is beautiful. My room was close to the street and it was very noisy, you can hear cars and people.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente.... tiene unos jardines muy bonitos y bien cuidados, el personal son muy atentos y educados. Mi experiencia personal no fue del todo agradable... al llegar pase como 15 minutos esperando a que alguien escuchara el timbre , toque el portón e igual... bueno al final se disculparon porque estaban ocupados y no escuchaban nada. La habitación acogedora con amueblado antiguo como era de esperarse.. lo malo que faltó una silla o una mesa para colocar ya sea maleta de mano u objetos personales... no habia deposito de basura en la habitación solo en el baño; y en este un mal olor probablemente alguna fuga ya que son construcciones antiguas... el personal se esmero un poco colocaron velas aromáticas mejoró pero no desapareció del todo, por estar lleno por la época no me pudieron cambiar de habitación. Estuve 2 noches.... tienen 2 buenas opciones de desayuno, ya lo incluía el valor de la habitación. Yo creo que las habitaciones de la segunda planta son mas confortables y alejadas del ruido de la calle.

Excelente ubicación, justo enfrente del Convento las Capuchinas, a dos cuadras de un lindo mercado típico muy pintoresco y a cuatro cuadras de la Plaza Mayor. El hotel es tranquilo, cuenta con un lindo jardín, perfecto para relajarse con el ambiente del lugar. Personal amable

The staff were so nice and helpful. The property is very secure and beautiful. It has a great location - within walking distance of all the attractions in Antigua (Cerro de la Cruz, Parque Central, El Mercado). Breakfast was delicious, especially the coffee!! I would definitely stay here again.

Excelente hotel, pequeño, silencioso, habitaciones lindas, limpias, servicio del personal amable. El desayuno no es bueno, no tiene sabor. Los muebles del jardín están abandonados y rotos, tan sólo con ese cambio le darían un aspecto más atractivo.

The property is beautiful and the rooms have a unique charm. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff was wonderful and helped us book shuttles to the airport at very late/early hours of the day. We stayed in a room located toward the front of the property, which faced the street. This created a lot of noise from trucks/cars/people at about sunrise every morning. If you are a light sleeper (as I am), I would recommend requesting a room in the back and/or bringing ear plugs.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente.... tiene unos jardines muy bonitos y bien cuidados, el personal son muy atentos y educados.
