Stay was fantastic! Second time there and more to come.

The hotel is not yet fully finished. There are construction workers on-site during the day, several stairways are closed, and there is dust throughout the property; I would not recommend staying here if you have allergies. Cleanliness was also an issue. The shower was not clean and still had hair from the previous guest, and our towels were never changed during our stay. Rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear traffic all night. There is also no AC, making the rooms very hot in the afternoons and evenings. Furthermore, we were never informed about the ongoing construction, and we had to proactively request check-in and parking instructions. While parking is available, you have to "validate" your ticket at the front desk every single time you leave. Despite these significant downsides, the property itself is nice and offers a beautiful panoramic view for the bqq area.

Muy bonita la propiedad, la ubicación está increíble. Todo muy bien cuidado y con excelente presentación. Sólo hizo falta aire acondicionado en la habitación.

Dentro de la ciudad no te falta nada

The hotel was in a safe, quiet area of Cayala however the bathroom had a sewer smell; we had to request to be moved to a different floor, it took a bit of borderline argument to get them to move us. We had the 1 bedroom loft which was nice but we could’ve liked a little more space. Also when I booked I was under the understanding that the “host” will meet us at Ck in and that I would get an email with Ck in information when in reality they have staff member at the front counters 24 hrs.

This is the Cayala Studios version of Cayala Lofts. They have two different property types. Cayala Lofts are small apartments in a couple locations around Cayala with an automated check in process. Cayala Studios is a single building that is a hotel-like efficiency apartment style building that is most similar to a modern dorm for long term stays. The studios are clean and bright. The staff are friendly and engaged. The studios have a regular check in process with a front desk even though you still get the automatic check in email from the original lofts. While the roots can fit four people, the bathrooms are very small, especially the shower. The kitchens, on the other hand, are generous. There is no air conditioning as might be expected in a high rise hotel.

Room was clean and modern. Everything was in incredible condition. Very close proximity to shops & restaurants. The price was extremely reasonable. The main issue, is that despite the nice ceiling fan and the patio doors, the room was still very warm at night. The rooms do not have AC.

More than a hotel, these are furnished apartments. Extremely comfortable, very quiet and peaceful. They don't have air conditioning. Everything in Cayalá is within easy walking distance. Very safe. At night, all the streets are well-lit. Next to the building, there are coffee shops, a gym, and a restaurant. Ideal for a 3-day stay, enough time to explore the entire Cayalá area. Keep in mind that it's not near downtown Guatemala City, and it takes about an hour to get to the airport.

Excelente el edificio que visité, son varios complejos del mismo nombre, es importante identificar a cual vas, sino tendrás que caminar varias cuadras para encontrar el correcto. Todo está cercano en Cayalá, es un área para ir y caminar sin problema. Muy seguro. Muy iluminado por las noches. Estacionamiento subterraneo. Las habitaciones modernas, muy limpias, todo nuevo. Aceptan tarjeta de crédito en todos los lugares, ni preocuparse por llevar efectivo. Considerar que está lejos del centro de Guatemala Ciudad, y se hace 1 hora al aeropuerto. La foto principal de la publicación, no corresponde al exterior del edificio del hospedaje. Sin embargo, está mejor todavia. 3 dias en Cayalá es suficiente para conocerlo todo.

Habitación limpia solo un detalle que las ollas tienen polvo estacionamiento fácil la seguridad me gusto

La tubería del baño olia mal

La habitación no estaba lista a la hora indicada del check-in, el baño emite mal olor como de desagüe y nunca nos dieron el acceso al wifi

Studios are very small not worth the price and the room we rent smell bad, maybe it was un occupied for a while or something else, front desk personal very nice and helpful, nice and safe area

Very good place

La habitación es muy linda, el personal muy querido. Las almohadas son muy altas, lo que la hacen incómodas y la ducha el agua caliente sale más tibia que caliente

Parking was secure and convenient. No AC, all hotel workers were good and responded to request immediately to ensure comfort.
