Das Personal war anfangs, warum auch immer, verwirrt bei meiner Ankunft. Selbst mit Buchungsbestätigung am Handy mit eindeutiger Buchungsnummer dauerte es eine Weile, bis ich die Schlüssel hatte. Aber die Leute waren sehr freundlich. Am Ende war ich sogar kurz Gast der Geburtstagsfeier der Tochter eines Mannes, den ich als Besitzer vermute. Herzliche Leute. 

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, el encargado muy amable, servicial y atento. Todo limpio y ordenado.

Room window won’t close, shower cold, noisy, door bell ringing over and over in night, washroom was not in the room but out in hallway, no free shuttle to airport.

Pros: low price, 5 minute walk from the airport, clean. Cons: Impossible to find the hotel since there is no hotel sign in a poorly lit neighborhood area, and they close the hotel entrance door at night. Even my preplanned excursion coordinator was driving up and down the street looking for the hotel to pick me up. There is a security guard in a gated community on the adjacent street that helped me find the hotel. Traveller tip: once you arrive at the hotel you will have to ring the doorbell and stand in front of the camera. Recommend you have the hotel phone number and are able to speak fluent spanish to get directions and ring the correct property doorbell. The room AC/fan is not adjustable and only turns on and off. The shower is an in-line heater and only provides lukewarm water.

There was no speaking english, we were checking in right before end of check in and there was no one there and it was through a car park. It was not as advertised and felt unsafe so decided to sleep at the airport instead.

Firstly the location on the app was not accurate. The property was two building before. To enter into the property was a next issue. The bell was pressed several times before someone could come open the door. Even though the reception does not speak English, she was friendly. The room that i was placed in was not what i expected becuase i wanted one bed. This room had a double bunk bed and a twin size bed which was uncomfortable. The room was located to the front of the building where i can here noises coming from outside.

The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. The room was very spacious. They offered coffee free of charge. Very close to the airport.

Puedes ir de el aeropuerto caminando, muy limpia personal muy amable.

Puede ser bueno o puede ser malo, depende como lo veas. La única ventaja es que está cerca del aeropuerto, pero a veces la habitación está muy pequeño o el ambiente es muy antiguo

Pésimo servicio queríamos hospedarnos en este hotel y poco antes de la media noche llegamos hacer el check in y me querían cobrar extra yo ya había pagado la reservación, yo estaba tratando de buscar otro hotel porque sólo querían darme un cuarto con una cama siendo que yo reservé un cuarto con 3 camas y tenia que recoger a mi hijo del aeropuerto y ellos no permitían salir de las instalaciones después de la media noche,

Very clean and quiet. The showers were great and the bedding was clwan and it was comfortable. It is a difficult place to find as the map shows a completely different address and they have no phone number to call. You can find the hostel at the end of the block, the sign is for a car rental/repair shop.

Tengo un screenshot donde dice que incluye el transporte y no fue asi, termine pagandolo de mi cuenta, Expedia tiene pesimo servicio al cliente y aunque tengo el screenshot con esa info, aun asi no me ayudaron con nada. El ''hotel'' lo unico bueno que tiene es la cercania al aeropuerto, demas, nada.

The hotel is very different and very good . It is secure . Walking distance to airport . Very high level of cleanliness . Nice area at the back to lounge. Overall professional and excellent hotel .

Right next to the airport.

We werent given what we paid for, 1 queen bed. The room were given after complaining had a full size bed and tiny. It wasnt woth the price paid.
