Muy bonito sitio…frente al rio…

Nos colocaron en una habitacion muy lejana tenia muchas gradas e iba con gente de lq tercera edad, el baño no estaba bien separado del cuarto provocnado malos olores, no realizaron limpieza ni nos dijeron toallas limpias ni shampoo ni jabon, el hotel no esta mal pero le falta, bonita piscina y que esta a la par del rio y serca de semuc champey

La comida en general riquisima

Didn't pay for 5-star hotel so didn't expect 5-star conditions, only cleanliness, instead after driving 7 hours in the night to get here, with a kid as well, they gave us a dirty room with dirty sheets, full of different flying bugs. Told a guy about it and he had the audicity to give us "clean" sheets to change them ourselves, some of them didn't even fit so in the end he changed our room. Next day we arrived later in the evening at the property and they told us we didn't respect their rules and we have to leave. Of course we didn't leave as we haven't even been noticed in advance and it was our last night in there. Nobody speaks a word of English in there. I would avoid this place.

Very nice place to relax, food was really good, and the staff was amazing.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were great for the price - no a/c but fan provided in the room, beds are quite firm (but I like that). Had booked cabin with private bathroom - tin roof could be quite noisy with things falling from the trees - but didn’t bother us too much. Two swimming pools - that seem warmer than the river. Great area to relax on and water slide into the river itself is good fun. Restaurant and bar are very reasonably priced. Only thing that would really make this place amazing would be hot water for the showers. :) parking is pretty straightforward.

Staff is very unprofessional — they changed our room, but took them ages to give us keys for the new room. We were not waiting to change after unpackinh everything.

400 meters away from bus stop. Does provide free shuttle to and from bus stop. Nice property tucked away in the forest. River in front of the rooms and property adds to calmness and natural beauty.

Me gustó: Amabilidad del personal. El tobogán Excelente! La piscina, estuvo bien. La cocina y comida bastante bien. La habitación, lo necesario para reponer energía, no funcionaba del todo el calentador de agua, pero nada grave. No me gustó: Varias personas fumando en las áreas del comedor, aún así y sean espacios abiertos. Por lo demás un buen hostel para descansar y reponer energía para la aventura del lugar.

El personal es amable y ven como solucionan, lugar lindo en medio de la naturaleza.

A great place to stay. We arrived at 8am and we were given oir room key straight away. Great to get an early chexk in after an overnight bus. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was really good. We would stay again and i would recommend oasis to anyone.

The view are amazing. They have open sewage that small very bad, big roaches in the bathroom. They don't know how to book rooms.
