Great location

Excelente, regresaría sin pensarlo

La cama me encanto es muy confortable de las mejores de todos los hoteles que me quede, mi habitación no tenia A/C pero no me dio calor por el abanico. El agua caliente tarda en salir, pero en general muy buen hotel. Sugiero poner un espejo de cuerpo completo ya que solo hay el del baño, me encantó el agua que regalan.

The best hotel, from the location to the staffs. They were all so nice and helpful. Location is great to everywhere and the hotel also have beautiful scenery and rooftop (my husband and I were able to see volcano eruption flame). The breakfast of the hotel is so delicious! I’ll come back here for my future visit to Antigua! They also have very adorable cat onsite!

Everything was great. Quick weekend getaway with my daughter. The rooms was very clean and the staff was very nice. I quick walk to food and shopping. And the city center. Would definitely stay there again

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA! No hay nada de oxigenación en el cuarto, no hubo agua caliente ninguno de los dos días, parqueo cero puntos la logística. No lo recomiendo.

We had a really lovely stay at Cacique Real. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and feels nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle of central Antigua, while still being an easy walk into town. We initially stayed in a garden-level suite, which was comfortable, but I would note that privacy can be a bit limited, especially if you’re in a room close to the reception area since there’s a fair amount of foot traffic. We later moved to a room on the top level, which made a big difference, and the experience overall was excellent. Cristobal, in particular, was fantastic. He was incredibly helpful with everything we needed, from coffee to laundry to helping us switch rooms, and really made our stay seamless. Overall, a beautiful property with warm service, and I would definitely recommend staying here, especially in one of the upper-level rooms for a bit more privacy.

- King bed comfortable - Spacious room with working TV - No AC, but large fan is provided - Bathroom is very small and gets humid smell. As elsewhere in Antigua, you can’t flush toilet paper - Room 102 is right next to reception and also next to the street so it’s noisy. I left the fan permanently to drown out the noise

Good hotel , money values fair; little bit noisy location( departure bis and tourism van just out of the hotel) ; close to the town center
