ホテル カサ ラスティカ

日本料理店KABUKIの通りにあります。 ナビでなかなかヒットせずに探しましたが、比較的安全な場所にあったので観光や外出に便利でした。 施設もきれいに管理されており、快適でした。

ホテルの場所は、周辺に飲食店やコンビニのようなストア、銀行 教会や市場まであり大変 便利でした。ホテルは古い家を改装した感じですが小さな中庭やテラスもあり 寛げました。

ホテルのスタッフは親切でサービスも非常に良い。部屋の内装も綺麗で清潔。中庭も小さいですが明るく開放的。町の中心地にあるホテルなのでアンティグア観光には非常に便利で近くにレストランも多数。 ただ、部屋の場所によっては廊下の声がうるさく、また隣近所の騒音が聞こえます。 眠りが浅い方は難しいかも知れません。

価格も雰囲気も気に入りました！

Location is excellent, very central to everything you want to see and do in Antigua. My first room was cramped (would have been fine without the extra twin bed crammed in); it also had a weird little hobbit bathroom tucked under the stairs which was fine for me as a solo/shorter traveler but could be super annoying for a group and/or taller guests. Second room I stayed in was just right but my knees touched the wall when I sat on the toilet. :D There is surprisingly little noise from the disco down the block, but one night the hostel across the street was really noisy. Two mornings I heard incessant hammering from whatever is behind the hotel starting at 7am. Shower was hot, which I learned later is not to be taken for granted in Guatemala… The rooftop patio and garden next to reception are nice for chilling out. Free drip coffee in the lobby, and espresso for a small fee. The two rescue dogs that live in the hotel are super sweet - they are definitely a highlight of the property.

Love the property-lots of little tables and nooks to relax. Unfortunately our room(room 12) was filled with mold, and we both felt it in our breathing. The room was also extremely small, with hardly any space for 2 backpacks. I moved to a different room for my last night, and it was much better in terms of space and lack of mold.

It’s a good place for a couple nights stay in the heart of Antigua . Good location and staff was very friendly and welcoming .

Amazing staff, great location! They were very helpful with scheduling excursions or shuttle service. The room was a nice size, the balcony and outside area was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

It’s a large private room with a nice view of the lake. Easy access to restaurants and shopping with a little walk. Super friendly hosts. Hot water was amazing to have. Would stay again.

I love the location, the price and the rooftop terrace. I also like how there's patio space and gardens. I didn't think the bed was soft enough though.

Clean room

A charming place to spend a night or two, with friendly staff, friendlier rescue dogs, and the first hot water shower of my three-week stay in Guatemala.

The hotel is in a great location and is clean. They also have a very friendly dog at the hotel and collect donations for dog rescue which was very nice of them to do. Staff were good and allowed for early check-in. Main concern with this hotel is that the rooms are quite cramped and are significantly smaller than what they appear in the photos. While a 1-2 night stay should not cause any issues, a longer stay might be less comfortable. Other concern is that they only had daylight curtains in the room, which not only limited privacy but also made the rooms less dark at night. I would suggest the owners to address this simple issue.

El hotel más horrible de mi vida, los empleados horribles, ni siquiera daban los buenos días, me cambiaron de una habitación media mala a una más desastrosa aún y además nos culparon de que nosotros entramos sin permiso cuando ellos nos dieron las llaves. El colchón más malo del mundo, sin aire acondicionado, en el baño solo cabía una persona y el ventilador del cuarto un ruido horrible, en fin, la peor experiencia de mi vida

The hotel had a lovely ambience. There is nice covered inside seating by a fountain, outside seating in the garden and a lovely roof top bar with tables & chairs, comfy seats and loungers. It was very relaxing. The room was as required with very good daily service. The bathroom was small but had all required amenities. There is no breakfast on site but you can eat take away food on site or 50% off at Restaurant Del Arco.

The room was clean, but the bathroom was poorly configured. There was absolutely no room to set anything on the sink, and I had to squat down just to look in the mirror. I also kept hitting my head every time I tried to enter the bathroom. The guests were noisy and talked outside in the halls and would not be quiet. The staff was friendly, and I loved the dogs.

The room definitely had mold- the air was very moist and had a distinct smell and you could tell there was mold in the bathroom. I loved and appreciated the hospitality of the staff and LOVED the pups present on property.
