Parking is horrible option had to go three blocks to drop off the car being in the second floor and not having an elevator is very hard to take our luggage to the room. No AC in the fan didn’t work.. bed are not comfortable. Rooms are very small with the bathroom right next to the bed.. not a very pleasant stay at this hotel, and it was too pricey for what I got.

Beautiful rooms and helpful staff in a very nicely centrally located hotel

Naif Boutique Hotel is a great place to stay in Antigua. Clean, comfortable rooms, a calm atmosphere, and a really convenient location close to everything but still quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the space feels thoughtfully designed without trying too hard. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Antigua.

Amazing quality

We stay only one night. The room was very clean was very comfortable. I would suggest that they should have a place where you can sit your luggage because there was not enough room or a desk in the room just two beds. Breakfast was good. The people were very kind, professional

I loved my stay and would like to break it down into sections for future travelers. I’d like to be clear that everyone is different and only you know your personal preferences and tolerance levels, so with that in mind, here’s my honest review… Grounds and Atmosphere: The property is stunning! It’s a boutique hotel so it offers a really beautiful atmosphere and the views are amazing when walking through the hotel. If you want to see breathtaking views of the volcanos, head to the second floor balcony. I absolutely loved the ambiance and natural outdoor feel of the place when walking the grounds. Cleanliness: I was impressed by how well they maintained property grounds. Staff were efficient and quick to remedy any problems. I really appreciated coming back from a long day to a very clean and restocked room (upon request). Room & Comfort The room was very comfortable and I appreciated the authentic decor. It didn’t contain a microwave or fridge, but that was fine for me because of how I chose to dine during my stay. The only window in the room faced the reception and hallway area so I kept it closed during my time there but they have other rooms that face different parts of the property. I would have preferred a room that faced outside but this was not a deal breaker since I was often not in the room. Staff & Service Everyone was welcoming, polite, and willing to assist with whatever questions I had. They were so helpful and accommodating.

Terrible

Terrible. Worst service. Noise, no water, no hot water, sinks are falling down, no A/C. Service treatment is just as if they were doing you a favor. Warning: Do yourself a favor and skip.

El hotel es muy cómodo, me impresionó que todo está limpio, las sábanas huelen bien, los baños impecables, todos los empleados amables y serviciales, servicio rápido. tuvimos una estadía muy agradable con mi esposo. Y el precio súper bien. Volveremos!!!
