All good, good service and food

La chambre était très comfortable, le déjeuner est simple et délicieux. Staff très sympathique. À deux pas du lac, donc l’abris du bruit de la ville.

Staff was great. Room was a dump. Bedding smelled terrible. Leak in the bathroom. Noise kept us up all night. Power went out in the morning. Stay at your own risk.

The staff were all amazing, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, we were upgraded from a queen to a king, which was great but the wifi was not too good. The breakfast was very good.

El desayuno está bien. Dan 2 opciones a elegir. Ambos están bien.

El servicio excelente, el desayuno completo y muy bueno. Deben de mejorar el tener aunque sea un ventilador en las habitaciones ya que era cerrada y no tenia aire acondicionado, de noche da calor para dormir.

The view from the roof of the lake was nice. The room was fine and there was good hot water in the shower. The breakfast was simplistic and a choice between a local food of beans, scrambled eggs, cheese & tortilla or American food of fruit, scrambled eggs, toast & jam. The staff had poor English skills. There was a nice looking pool which we did not use.

A nuestra llegada nos comentaron que el desayuno estaba incluido al día siguiente, sin embargo, estuvimos esperando hasta 7:30 am y nunca nos dieron el desayuno. No cuentan con secador de pelo y las conexiones para toma corriente son escasas en la habitación. El lavabo tenía pequeños gusanos.

The entire night dogs barking. After AM the roosters joined dogs with loud noise. We stayed 4th floor which had no hot water to shower and water was barely coming out of shower or faucet. Extremely low water pressure and we didn’t have wifi in 4th floor. The blankets were extremely itchy . Medium friendly staff . Not recommend

We had a good experience with the hotel. But the staff was a little confused with my family and I hotel room. They were mixing up the rooms.

Me cancelaron la reserva horas antes de mi llegada, por lo que ya no me hospedé en el hotel

the place is nice from outside and it has modest rooms, I didn't like the fact that I only saw one electrical outlet in the room, bathroom had 0. and no shampoo and conditioner, they only provide bar soap. The room has no ac but they provide me a fan, which help a lot. But overall the place is nice, nice staff, the person in the front was really nice and gave me recommendations ( I ask for ).
