ホテルのおばさんの愛想のなさはこれまで経験したことがないほどでした。ネットの接続がうまくゆかなくて、尋ねたがつっけんどんの返事。おまけに玄関のドアのカギは調子が悪く、一度夜に外から帰ってきて開かず、携帯電話も持っていなかったので連絡もできず、シャットアウトされてしまった。寒い風の吹く中を。ホテルは交通量の多い道路沿いのためやかましく、立て付けが悪いため隙間風がヒューヒュー唸っている。深夜に、目の前のパブで酔っぱらった連中がケンカ乱闘騒ぎを起こし、警察と救急が来る始末。

Loved our stay. The room was well appointed,clean and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely - complete with warm croissants! The management was very responsive to queries or requests. Easy walking distance to shops/transport.

Room clean, staff responsive, room cold on arrival but radiator turned on later. Bedside lights didnt work but staff remedied this and also explained why the shower wasnt working and so that was sorted, only sorry that I didnt explain my ageand so found the stair case difficult to manage with luggage. But enjoyed stay. Food at La Piette was excellent and also at Otto. Both only a short walk away. Thank you for the stay.

The place was spotless , staff lovely, breakfast basket was delivered outside your door 8am every morning with a great selection. Would definitely recommend a stay there .

Great place to stay with friendly staff. Convenient location 15 minutes walk along sea front from ferry port. Very clean room with lovely bathroom with electric shower. Pristine towels, extra blankets. Free tea & coffee making facilities and top-up supplies freely available. TV. Fantastic breakfast basket with freshly baked croissants, jam, butter, cereal, milk, yogurt and fresh fruit delivered to room each morning at 8am. Local shops, bars and restaurants. Very helpful guesthouse guide, area maps and sightseeing information. Well appointed guest areas and outside terrace. Really enjoyable pace to stay!

Excellent guesthouse Would definitely stay here again. The lobby was full of extras I.e milk, coffee, tea Games and a guitar that my partner was happy stumming! The guest house was very quiet. The morning breakfast hamper was full of everything you would want.

It was a lovely stay, could be a little noisy with a lot of people moving around, but overall had a lovely stay. Friendly staff, good breakfast and bus stop just outside

Good location, just a mile into the main town, Didn't see any staff but a complimentary breakfast basket was left outside door each day and easy access to tea/coffee fill-ups. I felt unsafe on the ground floor with the sash windows being opened by staff (very hard to close, and they opened them again anyway). We hired bikes but the bus service appears to be excellent.

It did the job it was supposed to the only thing to say is the staff weren't very hospitable.

I was visiting Guernsey to see my family and some friends and I had an extremely pleasant stay guest house situated at the sea front I had a lovely breakfast left at the door in the morning excellent customer service and lovely and hard working staff clean tidy and very beautiful room and comfortable bed plenty of tea and coffee supplies and any extra bits and pieces you need were available it was my first time travelling and exploring on my own and this was the perfect first time experience infact much better than I could’ve ever planned thank you all so much for making it an easy and comfortable stay I’m hoping to be back next year with family and this will be a first choice and highly recommended for anyone who’d want to visit Guernsey love to you all 🇬🇬❤️

We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast hamper left outside of the door each morning was excellent. Would stay here again if visiting Guernsey.

Very Clean rooms and common arears. The staff in the hotel are all so friendly, kind and polite. One small recommendation for the breakfast menu to include more variety of cornflakes/cereal and toast or chocolate croissants, not only butter once. Looking forward to visiting you again, next August.

Comfy room with great sea view and coffe/ tea facilities. Laundry done for 10 pounds 15 minute walk to town centre and regular bus services Reccomended however steep narrow stairs to upper floors and staff very helpful

nous regrettons qu'il n'y ai plus de petit déjeuner commun en salle, et donc un vrai petit déjeuner anglais. DOMMAGE!
