Convenient area for my purpose of visiting Guyana...rooms were clean , eatery were close by, taxis were conveniently nearby that suited my purpose and everything were great.

Clean space witb modern finishes. The rooms, living and kitchen spaces are large and comfortable. Yes there are stairs, and yes having light luggage helps - but overall the area is safe, quiet and food places are easily accessed by walk.

The unit is well appointed and very comfortable. Everything is new and it is well situated in the city. I will definitely stay here again.

Property was within walking distance of market, shops, restaurants

I appreciated the convenience of walking to my destinations, but the cold shower was a major downside. At times, I felt hesitant to voice minor concerns or seek assistance due to misunderstandings. However, overall, I enjoyed my stay.

It was very spacious, clean with up to date finishes. The only downside is that you need three keys to get to the location on the third floor and depending on the time of day you may need to lock and unlock the padlock on the front gate.

Very spacious with a massive TV. Area felt very safe, next door to Qatar embassy and next block from President residence.

the apartment was clean - the ac did not work so it was hot, had to climb 3 sets of stairs with suitcases - so if you have heavy luggage its not convenient - to get into the property you have to walk sideways by a big suv so had to drag suitcases half in the gutter and half on the driveway - its convenient to shopping and restaurants - Oasis Cafe was the best!!!!

Amazing stay! Will be returning and recommending.
