Woulnt stay there again. I stood the old facilities, but could not endyre the smell of unwashed pillow case. Devastating, it stinked so terrible that i could not sleep well. I resulted in enabling to sleep with the pillow. Besides there were no towels. Unbrelievable, it does nit meet the cost, 90 US dollars,oh my gosh. Furthermore the hotel staffs were unfriendly, and seems have been neglecting in improving services. It is neeedless to say that they did not have any any any HOSPITALITY, at least to me. The worst hotel that i stayed in Guyana. It is worth only 50 dolars, why 90. If 90, they should learn from Durban hotel. They are really smartly running the hotel. The staffs are totally different.

Room had no tolietry, or complimentary water for two nights. The fixtures need an upgrade. The 🛁 leaking from the tap all night. The TV was not clear/snowy screen. This suite had kitchen but no dish or cutlery. The room door need to go. I had to ask staff to open it. Staff was helpful in the breakfast department. Overall. I needed a place to rest so I make do. Hope next time with a bit upgrade and helpful staff who speak English will understand their guest request.

The staff here were mostly lovely, really friendly and helpful. I got cooked proper dhal rice and pumpkin and that was really all I wanted. If you want super luxury go to the Marriott and hang out with the suits. I wanted something more authentic. Careful though, keep your head on a swivel at all times in Georgetown, don't go down the wrong street, etc etc

Upon arrival Mar.3, we were shown rm. 303. AC and TV did not work. No safety box in room. We were moved to 301 . Safety bax locked. No key available to open it. On Mar.4, elevator broke down with us on the inside, and the door was locked. No power to elevator.Used my phone to call front desk.No towels were in the room. On Mar.5, night desk clerk opened our door after 11pm We were saved by the safety chain. We felt he was going to rob us.

The kind staff made the trip unforgettable. Very helpful, very courteous! Made sure I felt safe all the time.
