Elite’s location to the airport makes it a prime stay for people visiting Haiti. We stayed for three nights. The A/C in our room was not working upon arrival which was a bother because i made the reservation well advance and I felt like this should’ve been checked prior to our arrival. We had a minor problem with the toilet in the bathroom but it was fixed after a while. Breakfast options were limited and power at the hotel was intermittent which made our room very unbearable in the June heat. Positives were Blaise who was very helpful and attentive. Fedlyne at the restaurant and bar was also kind and courteous. However, I will not stay there for future visits. Norm S.

It’s a nice place

Quiet place with great potential but poor management.

Room was fine and clean but the AC in the hotel was not working properly so we received a fan for the night. The reservation mentionned that breakfast was included but the hotel informed us that breakfast was not included and it cost $20 per person.

They say free airport but you have to pay and no breakfast

Water and light got cut off for 30 min until I left still no light.

I spent 1 day there, i really like it and enjoy, the security staff is nice and professional, really close to the Airport, i recommended every body to try Ellite Hotel.

I'll never choose this hotel again it was racist and it didn't care about our safety they switched me to three different rooms because it was poor terrible dirty rooms

First day , there is an issue with electricity that's got fix the next day

I book Elite Hotel based on the reviews. But i was very disappointed. The room was not up to part, the bathroom smelIs, the receptionist was not friendly at all. The young lady that clean our room, the ladies in the restaurant and the bar were very nice.Food wasn't all that not too many choices. But the Hotel itself is beautiful especially outside. I enjoyed my 2 nights overall.

The front desk was ok,the doorman James is great,the securty crew is great,the cleaning crew was good,the bar was terrible, the breakfast crew was good, lunch not good, dinner wasn’t good not tast good also the food price is ridiculous Everything is so expensive inside elite hotel,3 time more than original price.
