I spent almost 3 weeks there...love ut

As you can see I extended my stay, Meaning it is My favourite Hotel or and I am in Haiti.

The thing about Kemael...it is like being home. You know where you can have friends around the swiming pool ...having a good time where you do not havec to pay extra. I have an another hotel before ..more expensive...but the feeling of being homevaway from home was not there. Actually...it is not my first nor my last time...and unless they are sold out...Kemael is my first choice

Staff is always friendly and eager to help. Room attendants, ground keepers, and dining staff are always there to assist with guest needs. This is my main location to stay when I come to port au prince.

Staff was great. Edwin is very nice and welcoming. Thé owner took time and spoke to meet with open arms and welcomes me back in future travels. This location is a hidden gem and I welcome all to come and see what I see. I usually stayed at serv. Hôtel and a friend recommended this at my last trip in July and ever since then, this has been my location to sleep when I am on both business and pleasure.

The only good thing about this hotel was the cleanliness of the room and bed. Apart from that it was unpleasant experience. The electricity is on only from 5:30 pm till 9:30 am next day then they switch off the generator and there is no electricity and off course no A/C or fan. The breakfast is awful and so little. The swimming pool is so dirty and half full. There are some gym equipment none of them is working and most probably they were bought from a scrap yard.

The only good thing about that place : the rooms are not small . Everything else is horrible . The food is not really good and it’s very expensive. They cut the electricity every day from 10 am to 4pm . Dust everywhere. They barely give you something for breakfast . Terrible experience

No electricity no clean room and only me customer at the hotel, i wast stay at the hotel for only one night i just need my money for the nights back. When we try to call them no one answer the phone

When you see the property it’s looks nice but the services was bad. The I went there I couldn’t shower because these no water I slept with out shower no energy doing the day the not really clean these hot water when the water come it’s like a leak.OMG it’s was bad

I really did like to come here for the affordability but what I disliked the most was that the prices listed on the menu was not the price we were charged for our food. The woman claimed the price had change but the next morning when we talked to the young men, the prices on the menu matched the prices we were charged. They need to clean the pool, it is very dirty. Also please inform the guest when there will be no running water because we sometimes have very important appointments in the morning and we would not like to leave without taking a shower.

It’s was very bad I don’t get good service I was very made because so many times no electricity no water the pool doesn’t work I’m not happy .

No electricity. No internet and there's no costumer service

The hotel was horrible because the hotel had no light,WiFi,phone. The a/c wasn’t that great Hotel.com before you advertise a place or a hotel They got to check if they stating facts Plus the shower water at that hotel was salty .kemael hotel not good for tourists

Always enjoy the stay, it’s home, food and the ppl are great

No conditioning for the whole day and you get disturbed for room service early in the morning

No air conditioning throughout the day ac comes on late in the evening

Staff was decent. Had a minor issue with a lock out and the hotel director got involved and it worked itself out mutually. Excellent for the price in comparison to the other places in the area which were overpriced and had less amenities.
